The room was lovely, clean, I loved being up on the high floor (39), the location was perfect. And I would like to thank the staff member Nathaniel who was a delight to us and extreamly helpful! We had lots of questions and requests that he was more then happy to assist with. (Wine tour girls!!) thank you Nathaniel!

a bit grubby and run down, some lights not working

location and bed was very comfortable

the corridors stunk very very badly and had no air movement and our air conditioning leaked water so couldn’t have it on. thankfully we had a fan in the bedroom

we payed full price and ended up with no power and hot water had to go out and move cars in the pouring rain as car park flooded and they won’t even reduce the price we payed for the accomodation

Its very close to rbwh its clean comfortable has parking and has a pool and gym attached

The lifts dont have air con and can be a bit warm and are slow but i dont like lifts in general.

It was a very tidy unit and staff always polite and happy

The smell in the hallways was very unpleasant hits you in the face as soon as you enter really needs some natural airflow through these areas maybe the fake windows actually need to be upgraded to windows that open to allow this.
