A nice comfortable homely little house in a quiet part of Aviemore. - a pleasant walk from the centre. Sitting-out area overlooked nice grassy woodland. Really good value in what can be a quite expensive resort. Linda is a great friendly host so all communication was exemplary.

n/a. The decor and fixtures are no doubt not all the 'latest style' (whatever that is this year!) but everything worked and I found the ambience of the house very restful, so all was fine for me.

It was like heaven on earth! Everything was perfect from the check-in day till the checkout day. Everything was perfect for our big family (2 adults, 4 kids). Perfect for dad to work, prepare meals, kids to play around and family to have quality time The house Beds were comfortable, living room was amazingly comfortable, fully equipped kitchen to cook, and the area around the house was breathtaking. The owners Lynda was amazing, she was so friendly and welcoming. She made us feel so comfortable. Will definitely be coming back again next year! To Lynda, thank you so much opening your home to my big family 💕

Very nice bungalow, with everything we needed for a couple of days. The area is perfect for hiking, even without a car. Altogether, we had a very nice, comfortable time in Aviemore.

dated decor but did the job

The location was good. Not too far from the steam railway line, which could be seen from the front window and in walking distance of the centre of Aviemore (about 20 minutes by foot). We only had one small issue but the owner had it fixed the very same day. The beds were on the firm side which was fine for me but a little too hard for my wife. The property made for a good base for our walking holiday.

Location is very good, and the property was clean.

Property had a smell to it, furniture was dated and uncomfortable, bed was uncomfortable and gave us both a bad back, wasn't a matching set of crockery or cutlery. Bizarre arrangement for electricity and having storage heaters meant when temperatures dropped in the evening no heating
