Absolutely everything, the setting, the property itself was amazing and immaculately clean

Lovely and well appointed lodge. Scott was a very helpful host and eager to make sure everything was OK. The location is spot on and a short walk to the southern end of Aviemore. Lovely views over the river with a nice outdoor terrace. Beds very comfortable. We'd definitely return.

We loved our stay here! Great location and the lodge was spotlessly clean. Had everything you needed, plus extras like DVD’s and games to help keep the kids entertained. Even had sky TV! Will definitely book this lodge again.

The accommodation was superb especially the location right by the river. A lovely spot. There was also a nice riverside walk from the property in to Aviemore.
A nice personal touch was getting a call from the host when we arrived to ensure everything was ok.
I would highly recommend this property.

Great holiday home in great location with amazing views, over looking the river where kids were able to feed the ducks. The home has everything you need plus more with a warm and homely feel.
5-10 mins walk to all local bars, restaurants and shops which was ideal so didn’t have to take car.

Great location on the banks of the Spey and clearly very popular with the local ducks! Home was very clean throughout and well stocked with the essentials to start off your stay with. Owner was very helpful and always available for any questions.

The lodge is in what could be described, in our opinion, as the best in Aviemore but certainly the best on the site. The view up river to the mountains is spectacular. In summer the outside area would be blessed with sunshine.Scott & Sarah have equipped the lodge to a high standard. The outdoor area has been decked & fenced meaning I would feel safe to allow small children roam without having to watch them every second. We would highly recommend this lodge.
