This is a fantastic place to stay. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Cosy and modern with lots of lovely touches like milk and cheese, pain au chocolate and plenty of blankets. will def be back!

Such a lovely place to stay. We walked in from a long, dark, cold drive to a lovely warm house. The accommodation was spotless, beds beautifully made up and everything looking immaculate. There was milk, cheese and butter in the fridge and some other welcoming food. The house is very well stocked with everything you could think of to make it an easy stay for us. Perfect for a family of four. We will definitely be back!

Facilities of property and location

Very clean facilities, lovely fire which was really easy to use, the x box was very appreciated by my 9 year old son. Perfect central location, excellent hot shower (appreciated after a cold Loch Morlich swim), had everything we needed and was very clean and uncluttered. Tunnocks tea cakes also much enjoyed! Garden was enclosed and despite being in a street was private due to the high fence all around.

Loved our stay, enclosed garden was perfect for us.

Beds were really firm - but that’s all down to person preference though :)

The house was very clean and we had all condition, the owner was very friendly and had little bit of snow and it was great . High recommend

We went there for christmas and from 25th was almost everything shut until next year so no much to visit on that time of the year but we still find a pub where to eat .

Great location for exploring Aviemore and surrounding areas - short walk into town. Fantastic facilites to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Host communicated well and was very welcoming. High standard of cleanliness.

Spotless and clean. Very well appointed, owner has really thought of everything you could need. Very quiet location but close to everything. An enjoyable stay.

Only a personal preference but love to have a dishwasher when we go away.
