Brought my family (adult kids) for a weekend on the lake. This house was a great size and a quick trip to the lake and the London Bridge area. The house had plenty of things to do (swimming pool, air hockey, pool table, books, music, and of course tv). Had a great time.

This house has everything you could possibly think of. My family and I would definitely stay at this house again.

Pool was clean and warm. Spa great. Neighborhood quiet. Home and furniture very comfortable. Decorated nicely. Slept like a baby on king bed. Liked dish satellite and Netflix. Private backyard. Communication with host excellent. A few minor things were fixed right away. Loved the location in a well kept and beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool/hot tub. (Needs new BBQ grill brushes)

This is our third time staying at this spacious house. We love the location, the neighborhood, the layout of the house, the heated pool and the hot tub, the great back yard, and the wonderful generous host. We will be back!

Very spacious and clean . We spent most of the time in pool . It was great get a away for the weekend . It had all the amenities and supplies we needed.

We really loved staying at this home. It was very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quite and buitiful. We were able to feel at home inside and out on the patio, in the pool and spa. The host was awesome. We had a minor issue at the beginning with the spa and she was quick to resolve it. Thank you!

Clean with plenty of amenities. Great location. Not a lot of sight seeing as it was too difficult to get the kids out of the heated pool and hot tub. Overall five ✨

This is our second year in this spacious house. We love the house and we love the quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool is heated and the hot tub is a great addition. The big outside living area is a great bonus for us. The host is so accommodating and very approachable. We will be back next year.

spacious, clean, thoughtfully equipped, practically decorated with comfort in mind with charming and elegant touches. Owners clearly have traveled this way before. loved the split floor plan and wallowed in the spa and fabulous outdoor space. Had everything in kitchen for people who love to cook.

We really had fun using the pool and grilling during the day. The spa was very enjoyable place to be at night and look at the night sky. The AC was a lifesaver

This is a great house located close to the lake and park and is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The pool and the hot tub are great! The outside living area is huge with everything you can think of; we loved it! We were lucky to have a month of great Arizona weather so we used all what this house had to offer for outdoor living! It was wonderful!

We had the most wonderful time in Lake Havasu. The house was absolutely lovely (and extremely clean) in a quiet neighborhood, and sitting in the jacuzzi was the highlight of every evening. Lynn was very responsive to all questions/concerns. When I accidentally locked us out of one of the bedrooms, Lynn had her handyman at the house within 20 minutes. And the best part was Lynn allowed me to extend my stay by an extra day because I did not want to leave - and cannot wait to return for another trip!

We have been staying in Havasu yearly and have stayed in different homes each summer. This home was clean upon arrival and the property owner was very responsive to my communications. Living / gathering area is in the middle of the home and rooms are on opposing sides of the house. Pool table and air hockey is in the garage but bring quarters (0.50 cents) per game. Other than that no complaints and easy to get to from the 95. Not far up the hill.

Clean big house that was easy to wrangle a toddler in. Plenty of space to park the boat and truck out front.

Stayed at this property on our way home from lake Powell. Will look forward to renting from Lynn again.

We had an amazing time at this Havasu home. The owners have thought of everything. The house stays cool all of the time which is refreshing during the summer in Havasu. The pool was extremely refreshing and with the umbrellas it was perfect to sit outside. The home is beautifully decorated with great art, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with labeled drawers for easy of finding items and putting things away. Overall it was a great time and i would definitely come back to this home.

The rooms were to the left and right of the main body in this home. The central gathering was Living to outside Patio & poured into the Garage for a little "Air Hockey" action. When we set up the food there was an abundance of counter space for everyone to serve up buffet style and either eat at the dining table, counter bar, 3 season room or more seating/dining out by the pool! This place was fabulous! The layout and flow was very easy to entertain. With bonus entries/exits from the 3 season room and Master Bed/Bath from the Pool area. The outdoor area had several places for guests to sit and visit. The pool was set up as a center of attraction, without being in the way of the flow of outside traffic. (Excellent) The HOST is wonderful and answered all of our questions. The place had too many extra's to list. Morning Coffee for everyone was a breeze! The attention to detail made for great guest comfort. The bedding & extra throw blankets were top notch. The Garage spaces worked out well as we rented Off Road side x sides that needed to be in at night. Air Hockey in the 3rd Bay- with comfy seating, made loosing not too bad....and my niece's Corvette looked fabulous sprawled on the checkered flooring too :) We had a great time and already my niece is looking up open weekends to return this summer. Everything we needed was at this home. We never had to leave. We enjoyed family time but there was plenty of space to have quiet time. We loved being close to the lake but far enough from any crowds. House was clean and quiet.

We were there for the 4th of July Holiday. This was are first time renting thru VRBO. Super easy process and the owner was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Lynn provided an experience I never knew was possible! My family and I vacation using rental homes at least 3 times a year. This by far was the most well designed, upscale property we have enjoyed. The attention to detail provided that extra touch a family on vacation appreciates. We will return!
