The condo was just like described. We loved the ocean view from the balcony. There were a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards which was awesome to have to use! Only downside for some may be not having a dishwasher. We used disposable plates, cups, etc so it wasn't a problem for us. If you enjoy waves in the ocean, this area is not for you. The only waves we got were when boats came by but it worked out well having a toddler.

Pro) Location way perfect. Down for a long weekend for a wedding. Easy to navigate. Con) Was NOT allowed to have a golf cart (rental) on property. Wasn't told this until AFTER the fact. Security worked with me but for a guy with two hip replacements and an up and coming back surgery this was a big inonvenience.

On the quiet side of Tybee Island. Beach with no waves and very shallow, so would be good for little ones. We had a really nice stay.

This place was perfect for my fiance and I. We had a great time and went to some great places. Clean, perfect space, very cozy

The condo was as pictured!! The bedroom was very small. Which was expected but I prefer windows. Bed was comfortable!! Island was fun. Beautiful view from the balcony!! One suggestion… new patio furniture. Table has metal on the edge and is rusted. Went to Savannah 2 days which was amazing!! Enjoyed dining at Huck a poos and the Crab Shack!! Great food!! If you need to food shop there is an IGA on the island but I also saw a Publix on Rte 80 West when I returned from Boneventure Cemetery!! Only 10 miles or so from condo. Oh and the elevator is on the South end of the building if you are disabled in any way. However there are still steps. Unless you go to the ramp in the center of the building and back track. I would say if you have difficulties walking or using steps this unit would not work out too well. Unit was also very clean!!

Very quiet and relaxing

The condo was cozy and bright! Great deck over looking the beach and wild dolphins frolicking in the sea!! The beach is so private we were alone enjoying the beautiful sunshine and watching cargo ships pass. Savannah is only 25 minutes away and going into town is a straight shot!! We had an excellent time! The property is so quiet and restful!! I would highly recommend!!

All around great time staying here. Fantastic location that had everything we needed. Will absolutely be staying here again.

We had a good time. The location was good and the condo was as advertised. We enjoyed the view from the porch and the closeness to the beach. We had minor glitches with working the tv. The host and housekeeper were helpful with this and responded quickly. The instructions for locking the door weren't quite accurate but we figured it out. We did have to replace batteries in the keypad since it wasn't working at one point. The mattress could use a replacement. The area was nice and quiet. All in all it was a relaxing get away.

this was a perfect space for me and my daughter to have a relaxing get a way. we had everything we needed to fix breakfast in mornings and loved how close by the coffee shop and restaurants are.

Upon arrival, no key in box as stated and no operational A/C. Called and left message for Property Manager who never responded during our three day stay. Disappointing that beach access was closed down - had to use access from another property. Supposed to be a gated property but gate never worked. It stayed open during our entire stay. The access card we were provided with did not work….do I need to go on? We will not be back

Owner did not communicate with us until the day before our rental was over. We could not find our condo. We were in building a. But there was no markings on the building or in the email to explain how to find the building. Communication was poor. Took us a while to figure out how to lock the door from the outside. We thought the bedroom was very tiny. Very little room to move around.

The condo at SBRC was just as described. Very clean and well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. The only issue was finding the elevator in the complex. Not a fan of not having a W&D in the condo, just make sure you have lots of quarters if you plan on washing clothes during your stay. Overall, we had a great time.

Seeking a place that would offer me the opportunity to spend the month of January reflecting on my life and enjoying peace, serenity and a tranquil setting, I found that at Tybee Island and enjoyed this warm, comfortable condo that felt like home as soon as I walked in the door. I loved watching the large ships pass during the day and night, the beautiful sunsets steps away, and the solitude that was offered this time of year. Laura was the ideal hostess and reached out several times during my stay to make sure that everything was going well. It was a wonderful get away, and has become a special place for me. God willing, I'll be back.

Had the best time! Love watching the dolphins. They were out all the time. Great restaurants close by. Fishing from the shore was great! The house was perfect for 2.

It was very nice to be so close to the beach. Other places on Tybee are not that fortunate. The only item, (if there was one) is that it's a bit small for three adults. Two adults and a child, no problem. (The bunk is a bit too small) However, the couch worked out just fine. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you very much

The condo was everything that was present in the listing and more. We had a great stay. Communication with the property manager was very responsive. Every time I asked a question she responded almost immediately.

We were very pleased with our stay! The condo is just as described and matches the pictures. Check-in was smooth. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony was nice, the pool was a fun time, and the beach was mostly quiet and less crowded than the south end. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and close to Savannah. We hope to reserve again in the future!

The location of the condo wasn't what I expected and the ants on the beach made us leave the beach early but we enjoyed the pool. The locks on both front and back doors need to be fixed but other than that it was nice. Thanks for having us.

My family loved staying at this condo. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The view from the balcony is beautiful. We watched dolphins and cargo ships everyday. The condo complex is clean and quiet our unit was cozy. We found other tenants and renters to be respectful. The parking is easy…so easy for a beach rental. I’ve never had such ease with parking at a rental! The gated complex is a plus! Laundry room was around the corner from this rental and it was reasonably priced. Take advantage of morning and evening walks on the beach. So much natural beauty and interesting marine life. This condo is very close to Tybean Coffee, Huc a poos (pizza and more), Zunzibar (Mediterranean) and several cute, eclectic gift shops. We also enjoyed pizza from Pizza on Wheels and Bubba Gumbos for delicious fresh seafood. Other tips: download the parking apps for Tybee and Savannah. Public parking on Tybee is $4/hr with the app, but double without the app. Savannah is so close and makes a wonderful day trip. We truly enjoyed our stay. The north end of the island is so relaxing and peaceful.

My husband and I visited for our wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our condo was located very close to parking and the pool. The beach is located just past the pool. The condos we stayed at are the only thing in the area except for a few private homes. This allowed for us to have a quiet and peaceful beach experience. We probably had 100 feet around us on all sides without anyone else. We were able to watch ships come and go as well as dolphin watch from the shore. Our condo has a view of the beach and you can see dolphins and ships passing from the balcony as well. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone we know!

When we arrived, we had no idea what room we was in and it was never communicated. There is no one there to help so you have to call for assistance! Very confusing and it took us 2hrs to find out where we paid to stay at. Not happy and would not recommend!

This was a great getaway. We loved this rental. Very clean, cozy. We had everything we needed. Loved having our coffee on balcony and watching the dolphins in the water. I cant wait to come back to Tybee and will definitely look into renting from this host again. Thanks Laura for having us!!
