Great house. Beautifully decorated. Very organized. The pool was a life saver in the heat. We had a great time. The view is the best. And we saw two owls hanging out with us by the pool. Would stay there again.

Though I had to hang back this year for medical reasons, the family had a blast and said the house was really nice. The management team worked with us as I was not sure we would be able to go. The family is already planning another trip and we are hoping it will be available

House, pool/spa, location, RV garage and the VIEWS of the lake met all our family needs. Having the RV garage to put our boat was perfect. My husband was most excited for the ice maker in the garage this was well worth our stay to have ready-made Ice for the lake.
Will definitely return to this home in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the house with the view! The home was perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of sitting areas, inside and out. Beds are comfy, everything you need in the kitchen, even an ice machine (professional size) in the garage!
It was extremely hot while we were there (117*) , we lived in the pool!!! Beautiful backyard and putting green too.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Best View. It was close to everything we wanted to do and best of all, we couldn't wait to get back to the rental. My husband enjoyed the jacuzzi each night, and we welcomed evening visits from an adorable owl we named "George". The owner was extremely responsive to all questions too. It was a great time!

Had a wonderful stay. Hot tub was a highlight at night when the nights cooled off. Pool was a bit chilly but we braved it with goosebumps! Beds were very comfy. Easy check in and checkout process.

Beautiful Home. Much nicer in person than what we anticipated from the listing. Perfect central location, stunning views and very comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and putting green.

Management does a great job preparing this home for guest . I fell in love with the ice machine. The air mattresses in the closet were a very nice surprise. My only challenge was i had to become the strict dad in the group because there were many specific rules to follow.

Beautifully well maintained home with the Best view in Lake Havasu. Pool was absolutely wonderful with multiple waterfalls. Many water accessories to choose from for long floating time. Putting green is challenging to say the least. Ice machine filled all our coolers easily for long stays on the river. Owners were availae to answer any questions we had immediately.

Great kitchen, lots of room, plenty of parking and fantastic pool with a breathtaking view of the lake. Love the ice machine in the garage! The host was very responsive and we’ll be back again next year.

First time staying at this house, we have stayed at other houses and this house did not disappoint…Nine days of vacation and whole experience was fantastic!!!! House and location was wonderful, pool and view amazing, ice machine was fabulous (was simply amazing not having to buy ice) and the my husband loved the garage!!! Communication with owners was great, easy check-in and easy departure which is always hard because the vacation is over!!! Thank you for a great vacation, definitely would stay again!!!

Our vacation was great. The house was beautiful and provided all the needed/wanted amenities. the house was in the perfect location and very close to everything, nothing was more then a 5min drive away. Overall it was an excellent stay!

Property was great but dish network didnt work on any tvs so we had no tv all week. Owner told us to call Dish but we didn't have account info and shouldn't have been our responsibility. Desert mice on back patio. Tons of rules in a binder. Then they blamed us for damage to a door that we did not do and charged my card. Even tho property was nice I would not go back.

This was an easy property to rent. Only had problems with getting the main TV and outside speakers to work. We enjoyed it very much!

This property was great and they had everything outlined well in a binder for us so we could utilize all of the amenities this property has to offer. Neighbors were great also! We will probably never stay in a hotel again with great properties like this available. When we go back to Lake Havasu we will definitely see if this property is available to stay in. We had an excellent first time VRBO experience here!

Unfortunately, we arrived with a flu-bug and did not get to enjoy our stay as we would have liked, and with the weather being very cold we were able to enjoy the lovely patio.
Overall, it was very nice, the only suggestions would be to update the bath towels and blankets.
Maybe next time we can get the full experience.

First time in LHC AZ and honestly, not a fan. BUT the home was lovely, clean, comfortable and secure. We enjoyed out time in this beautiful home. Would highly recommend

Very few small problems but Sharon was on top of them right away. Too bad cook top only partially working but Sharon has the usual product delays. We had 2 friends stay 2 nights and they were very impressed. Sharon’s book of operation of everything and what is expected is good.
