The villa we stayed at was amazing, it had a huge bathroom an views of the jungle. The private pool was really nice to have after a day of intense tourism. The location is great, walking distance from Ubud but away from all the noise and traffic, you Could only hear nature.
The staff were all great, they went out of their way to make sure that we were confortable at every moment, the waiters and waitresses were always making sure you had everything you needed and recommended things to do during the day. The front desk team Oje and Desy were extremely helpful and got us the transportation and tour guides we needed every single day.
The resaurant was also really good and caters to any type of fotos you may want.
And also the SPA. We got a couple’s balinese Massage, it was out of this world
Be aware that this hotel is not ideal for people with reduced mobility as it has a lot of stairs that have to be used to get to your room or the restaurant.

Room and view was exceptional. We loved the tradition Bali feel yet modern and clean room at the same time. Overlooking rice field yet private and quiet. Gardens were so beautiful. We would highly recommend and come back again.
The restaurant had great service but the menu could be better to match the central Ubud standards.
I loved the yoga room it was a great addition to make our trip, yet could be a little cleaner.

Villa was great, really enjoyed my private pool and terrace at evening time. Great view to the jungles - calm and private. Restaurant is great - very tasty food. Personal is amazing - very very friendly and helpful, thank you!
Location bit far from the center, but it can be a huge plus cause centre of Ubud is REALLY overcrowded, traffic jams 24/7 .. :/

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. When we had an issue with the card payment, they were very prompt to help us sort it out. Breakfast was amazing! Our Villa had a wonderful view over the rice fields and was very spacious and clean. The hotel’s pool was overlooking at the jungle so very nice spot to hang around.
The sunbeds weren’t properly cleaned and the hairdryer was a little weak (I have very long hair so it took a while to dry them properly).

The view from the room and the Pool were very nice

The personnel was amiable and helpful, which is what one can always expect in Bali. The location is not bad (2km from the centre of Ubud), however, the lack of pedestrian area means it is insecure to walk and you have to book either a taxi or a bike. We had the nice view on the rice fields.
The hotel is far from being a 4-star hotel. Probably, it was 10 or 15 years ago. 1. Internet connection was very bad. You had to have a video call from the lobby area where WiFi was somewhat better. 2. The rooms are pretty big but the interior design is awful. You don't feel good there. Working place is uncomfortable. At the same time, there is a lot of unused space. 3. Breakfast is quite simplistic. It would be fine for a hotel 2x cheaper (it was our third hotel in Bali and we can compare). 4. There was white mould in the room after a rainy day. I am not sure if it was safe to stay there. 5. The hotel description was misleading: spa? no, it was closed due to renovation! (they gave us a voucher for a 30 min massage in a dirty barrack nearby, though). Baby-sitting (for extra cost)? No!

The location is perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but just a good walking distance. Breakfast is amazing plus free afternoon tea! Staff were amazing! The view is spectacular! A quiet place to relax as it’s not too big like resorts.

It’s a paradise with scenic views of rice field and forest. Great for nature-lovers like us! 😄
The safe needs patience to open and lock.

We loved the nature, the cow and the stalks. We also enjoyed the friendly staff and the snails!
The shower pressure and the weak WiFi.

It was close to Ubud, but it was quiet with a lovely view of rice fields. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
Nothing. It was all excellent.

Beautiful views of rice terraces and rainforest. A short way from town so no road noise.
Harder to get to restaurants without own transport.

I stayed there for my honeymoon, it was so amazing, the private pool villa was so amazing , we really enjoyed the view of the rice terrace and privacy.

The Staff at the hotel can not be faulted. They are very helpful with any request and we had a lovely welcome for our anniversary with Champagne and a beautifully decorated room with flowers. Super friendly people. The driver to and from the airport was excellent, he was ready to help us throughout our stay helping with driving, shopping and advice.
The villa its self was very clean and well presented. The only down side which looks like it is being addressed now is the grounds need to be cleaned and updated around the compound. Just simple jet washing and making sure the walking surfaces, paths etc are not slippery. The restaurant food was good but a little limited at breakfast. Staff very good again.

Located close to Ubud central (about 1 mile). The property is quite literally in the lap of nature and the stillness of the place really helps calm you. The place has a rustic, old-world charm which was a pleasant break from the newer, swanky hotels we are normally accustomed to. It feels like a tiny self-contained little fortress in itself.
It's an easy walking/scooterable distance from the Main market, Saraswati temple, Campuhan ridge walk, etc. You would be hard-pressed to find hotels of this standard at this price range within a mile radius of Ubud central. Most hotels/resorts in that radius are either exorbitantly priced or much lower in standard. (There are many nice properties, of course, but further away)
The restaurant within the premises of the property is a real bonus, as it saves the effort of ordering in or walking down to the market on the days that you don't feel like it. The main pool is beautifully situated in front of the restaurant.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Yudha from the front desk was particularly very helpful in booking short hop trips, cabs, and massages for us. They have several activity and day tour options from the Mount Batur volcano sunrise trek to River rafting and Quadbiking in the jungle, which are all definitely worth exploring.
We had booked a private pool villa and I wish it had an infinity pool. The wall in front of the pool can be a tad bit obstructive of your view from within the pool (or the view in your IG pictures). Also, the pool was not underlit at night for some reason, even though it did have a light inside.
Those not acquainted with rainforest climates should come prepared for some insects and noisy toads after sundown (a natural consequence of being in the midst of the paddy fields). Carry earplugs and mosquito repellent.
Their in-house spa was not functional (post-Covid I understand) but they have an arrangement with the private spa next door, which is quite reasonably priced but fairly average in terms of the massage quality and below average in terms of the ambience of the place.

Serene surrounding overlooking to padi field. My morning call was from the rooster across the field ! The staffs are superb, efficient and hospitable and go all out to make us feel like we were their best guests! Will definitely return again.
Time to replace new bedsheets and bath towels. They were pretty worn out already. More English channels would be nice & more variety on the menu if possible.

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay here. The staff are so lovely and really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and ensure you have everything you need. When we were unwell they organised a doctor and transportation and made us special tumeric tea. When we needed something they didn’t have, they went to the shops on their bike to get it.
The restaurant has great food and complimentary breakfast with the room we stayed in! The property is about a 15 min walk from town. They have a shuttle service but Gojek (local ride share app) is so cheap we just used that.
The property is just reopening after closing during covid and they’re working to get the property restored, but it takes some time. The room was beautiful and as pictured and the setting is so peaceful. They are working on the grounds, which are lush and beautiful and will look amazing once completely restored.

The staff was incredible and very helpful with any requests we had. The hotel is very close to town - took 5 minutes in the Gojek to and fro. We had the staff on Whatsapp who were English speaking so that was very helpful. The pool looked good but we didn't get a chance to go in. The breakfast was alright.
The property didn't meet the expectations as shown in the photos on booking.com - this is due to the fact that Bali has been closed for over two years. They initially put us in one of the older rooms which was smelling damp, walls had fungus on them, the lamps had eroded. I then requested to be moved to another room (which is some of their new rooms) but then the older rooms shouldn't be offered to any customer as it is. The newer room was still alright but it didn't match the photos completely still. The staff at the reception can't speak English very well so it was quite troublesome to communicate.

As we learnt during our stay this property was closed for almost 2 years (due to covid) and had only been reopened for 3-4weeks. The staff was just amazing! They gave our stay a very luxurious touch. A big thank you to Wayan, Putra, Komang, and the rest of the team for your kindness, the great conversations and your assistance in everything we have asked for!
Our room was overlooking the rice fields and the pool. It had a beautiful spacious balcony. The buildings are very cute and away from any noises. The pool and dining area are next to a beautiful jungle area, which allowed us to observe squirrels, butterfly’s, etc.! :)

Staff were fantastic
Rooms were large in size with a fantastic bathtub
Breakfast options were good
Small boutique hotel
It was advertised to have a view over rice fields. However, the two buildings at the end do not overlook them.

We stayed for 4 days at Atta Mesari and directly loved this place.
The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Ubud center with the motor bike.
We had the room Nr. 719 with big balcony, which we would definitly recommend, because of the beautiful view. But there are also rooms with private pool.
Our room was very clean and the bed perfectly cozy. The bathroom is a dream - a wonderfully build shower and a big bathtub at the window. We had a beautiful view to the nature and the pool (the room is in the second floor), you could either enjoy sunsets or sunrises from the balcony and the bathtub.
The breakfast was amazing. We liked it a lot. You can choose between Indonesian (Rice or Noodles) , American (Eggs or Omelett) and Inter Continental (banana pancakes - best ones!).
We always got fresh fruits and fresh juices - everything was like fresher than anywhere else :) We also got some toast with selfmade jam and butter - which also was so delicious.
The best part was the team and receptionists. We had an awesome time with all of you guys. Always so friendly, helping and we had a lot good conversations.
They all speak English and if necessary there is a chat & hotline via WhatsApp.
Thank you for such a wonderful time at your place!
Best,
Florian & Maria

We were two couples living in a villa with two bedrooms and both rooms had a bathroom. It was perfect!
Nice beds and beautiful rooms. The pool was great.
A lot of animals making noises during night and morning but it’s the charm with living close to nature.
We could also enjoy the hotel pool area that was so beautiful.
There is a shuttle bus to town a couple of times a day. We took taxi a few times but if we could go back in time we would have rented scooters. Because it’s so easy to use.
Super friendly staff. We also had one in the staff driving us to different things to see like monkey forest. He also drove us to our next stop Uluwatu almost 2h away. Very safe. 😊
They couldn’t make tasty drinks.
