very clean and modern. Public bath in the wellness centre is excellent which allows you to relax after a busy day. Also has a deep bath in our double room too.

Great location! clean and spacious room. Extremely luxurious amount of space for Japan hotel standard.

The bed is very soft and comfortable, and they have devided toilet and bath into 2 separate rooms，this is awesome and cool.but i think maybe we can add up a clean about the edge gap of bathtub（？。It doesn't need to be very frequent, just once a week or two then will be very wonderful.

the location is a bit far from the station, so not that convenient for passengers with heavy luggage.and At the same price, it didn’t performance that well.I am pleased to look forward to their better change.However,for their present situation maybe u can consider the more comfortable one for u i think

Relatively close to JR station (East Exit). Friendly staff. Has onsen (indoor) and laundry (at 300 yen + dryer at 100yen for 15mins). The gyudan restaurant diagonally opposite the hotel is delicious.

The room is relatively small. Just a note that a section of the path to JR is under construction, so if you have big luggage, would be challenging to walk to the hotel.

everything was as you would expect in a Japanese property for this cost. clean, friendly efficient. the onsen was excellent! location is great, breakfast was as you would expect, not too little not too extravagant. security with the elevator is nice.

rooms were pretty small and the vanity sink in the room (not in a separate room like the bathroom) was awkward

The room was too small, probably because it was a corner room and half the room went around the corner so it was a tight space. Maybe because of larger bathroom area, it was smaller than other hotels we have stayed at in Sendai over the last 6 years (during the Rakuten Baseball season). Anyway, did NOT like the corner room at all. TOO SMALL!!

The breakfast mainly offers meat or fish, so if you are a vegetarian, it's hard to eat (only small slices of bread and small pastries). The room was nice, just a bit small.

They cleaned the room everyday.

When I arrived, the check-in process was messy and felt like the staffs were not prepared. Some other guests and I were asked to wait and sit at the sofa area, but when the next person arrived, they got to check in immediately. The toilet was clean but had a bit of weird smell, like damp smells which didn’t go away even after few days.
