The location is superb. It is just beside Sendai Station and it is fully sheltered. The room is right sized for couple and the breakfast while not as widespread nevertheless do showcase Miyagi's regional speciality which is appreciated. The staff is professional and detailed in their explanation. Despite the fact that English is not their main language, the staff nevertheless tried to make conversation as smooth as possible. My Japanese is shaky.

It would be good if there is free early check in and late check out. That said, the stay is quite good and it is definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Sendai.

Hotel well situated right next to Sendai station. Ideal for day trips. Breakfast was good for cold dishes. Plenty of shops in the vicinity.

We had a few issues with breakfast. Firstly there was a limited amount of fresh fruit available, initially only orange and grapefruit segments on the same plate, which is not acceptable for people with grapefruit allergies. This was later changed to two separate dishes, but no more fruit choices. The "hot" food was kept on hotplates that were not kept hot meaning that the food was only lukewarm. If these problems are rectified then this would make breakfast a much better experience.

One of my best experiences in Japan. The hotel sites inside The JR Sendai station, it's very convenient when using the shinkansen or the metro.The hotel is close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, convenient stores. The rooms are huge, nicely decorated and very comfortable, The bathtub was really big, probably the biggest I saw in Japan. I was given a room on the floor before the last and I had a gorgeous view of Sendai. The staff is super nice and polite and helps you with everything with a smile. The buffet is one of the best I ever had in Japan and I went to lots of buffets in Japan. Everything's was so delicious and the selection was really huge, especially the mashed potato, tofu and Miyagi vegetables, it was really the best. If you have the choice don't miss the buffet, it was really worth it. Thank you so much, I will definitely return!

Connected with JR Sendai station. The room size is a bit small but that's okay.

The room was very comfortable, I especially enjoyed their bathroom. The location was super convenient, with several commercial centres and JR station just downstairs, it saved us lots of time. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

right smack in sendai station. might be a challenge initially but there are signs if you look out for it. room very clean and well maintained. lovely bathroom. location is too notch with easy access to trains, restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is fairly new, vry well located and the furnishings were nice.

We had to upgrade our room at the cost of almost one night's stay because our booking pictures did not show that the bed was jammed up against the wall so that the inner person could not get out of bed without disturbing the other. The upgraded room was only 1 sq. metre bigger to get a bed where the was freedom on both sides. This is definetly not shown in the pictures. Also, we had to "discuss" with the manager for a long time to get the upcharge made more reasonable as the hotel originally wanted quite a bit more. The rooms are smaller than they appear in pictures provided on Booking.com and space is wasted in them attempting to make a "nice-looking" room rather than a practical one.
