Beautiful grounds and garden. The balcony was lovely and I really enjoyed sitting out there and hearing the birds in the morning. Also thanks to Rugare for being a great host.

Вкусные завтраки, приятный внутренний двор с бассейном, садом и зоной барбекю. Красивый сад, поют птички, нет шума улицы.

Мы жили не в том номере, который бронировали. Мы бронировали люкс с балконом на 2 этаже с видом на бассейн и сад. А когда приехали оказалось что этот номер занят (якобы предыдущие жильцы решили его продлить). Но нас об этом не предупреждали, а просто заселили в другой номер на 1 этаже , без балкона , без вида на сад и бассейн , без вида вообще ( окна - матовое непрозрачное стекло) . Мы сами заметили подмену и задали вопрос персоналу - почему так вышло. На что они сказали: «давайте завтра разберемся», а мы бронировали всего на 1 сутки. При этом нам сказали что разницы в цене между люксом и 1 этажом нет. И мы заплатили столько же, но нам сделали завтрак бесплатно.

noisy aircon, no extra blanket although it is winter , no milk provided for coffee

The house is beautiful and comfortable in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I loved the simplicity of being given your own key as a gues that opens your room, main door and gate remote so you don't bother the host each time you'd need to step in/out. Rugare was an amazing and super helpful host. She really made my stay comfortable and friendly. During loadshedding they have multiple magneto lamps that they provide which give sufficient lighting in the room. It's really not as bad as sitting in the dark and the water remains hot in the shower. The host also gave me a scale to weigh my luggage as I was preparing for travel the next day.

When booking, just be careful to double check that the booking isn't for 1 person if you intend on booking for two. I made that mistake and found out upon arrival. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you need to be a bit out of the busy streets of sandton.

TV wasn’t connected to DSTV, only when we ask for the connection was it connected but it was only connected till 12pm so they’ve didn’t work in the morning.
