Le service était exceptionnel. Le moment du déjeuner où l’on a pu discuter avec nos hôtes étaient super apprécié. De belles conversations vrais. Je le recommande fortement. De plus c’est vraiment un secteur plus calme dans le fort. Je vous suggère de profiter de la magnifique terrasse.

Absolutely stunning property. My mother and I felt like royalty. Perfect attention to detail and all the facilities you could ever desire, from a fridge, heater for cold nights, top quality shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, the comfiest bed with immaculate cleanliness and quality in every way. The best views of the city from your balcony. It was such a joy to be offered privacy and quiet respect by the staff and management, who are very aware Jaipur can be overwhelming with being harassed by vendors, hotels and guides. An absolute peaceful sanctuary amongst the hustle and bustle of India.

Très bel hôtel, comme sur les photos, c'est magique. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était super avec des gâteaux fait maison et quelques plats à la demande. L'endroit est magnifique et très propre. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter le fort de Jaisalmer. Merci beaucoup à Deepak et Manish.

Location could not be better. Right in the heart of the Jaisalmer fort, approachable by foot or on bike through intriguing lanes. The host/ owner made us feel totally at home and would always be seated just outside or in the lounge meeting and greeting us as we entered and exited from the hotel.

It was the second time I visited Fort Villa and the energy of this place is still as unique and beautiful as I remembered it. When I arrived, Manish and Deepak welcomed me home with open arms. They helped me out with everything I was asking for and treated me with the warmness of a family member. I enjoyed the quietness in between the chaotic streets of India. The breakfast with different choices, including fruits, pancakes and omlette, was everything I wished for. My highlight was to sit on the terrace during the magical hours in the evening and enjoy the most beautiful sunset. I highly recommend Fort Villa if you are looking for a private and clean place with a lot of heart.

WAS AMAZING!! Best place in Jaisalmer so far. When I arrived at the property I felt at home. Also we met Manish (the owner), he was always worry about our stay, he even cooked his typical food for us. The room was spacious and very good quality. The rooftop is beautiful and you can practice meditation there. The breakfast it was everything that we have been looking in India. So complete! Also the bathroom and the shower was perfect. I don’t have any complain. I really recommend the place. Also is in the Fort!!! This place make that I loved Jaisalmer. Hope to be back. ¡¡FUE ASOMBROSO!! El mejor lugar en Jaisalmer hasta ahora. Cuando llegué a la propiedad me sentí como en casa. También conocimos a Manish (el dueño), él siempre estuvo preocupado por nuestra estadía, incluso nos preparó su comida típica. La habitación era espaciosa y de muy buena calidad. La azotea es hermosa y puedes practicar meditación allí. El desayuno era todo lo que estábamos buscando en la India. ¡Muy completo! También el baño y la ducha eran perfectos. No tengo ninguna queja. Realmente recomiendo el lugar. ¡¡¡También está en el Fuerte!!! Este lugar hace que me haya encantado Jaisalmer. Espero volver.

1. 部屋がbookingに出ている写真と異なり、虚偽の表記をしている(添付写真参考)。 私が予約したのはfamily suiteだが、チェックイン時に、suiteの部屋の壁は全て白く塗り替えられているという説明を受け、その悪びれた様子がないことに驚いた。日差しで傷みやすいからというのがその理由。bookingに表紙されている部屋の雰囲気は全くない。 この実際の部屋の写真(白い壁)が表示されていれば、高い宿泊料を出してこの宿には宿泊していなかったので、この虚偽表示をする姿勢は、極めて大きな問題と考える。 今後の旅行者が適切な判断をするため写真の差し替えをオーナーに求めたが、改善するとの回答なし。虚偽表示を継続する不誠実な対応となっている。 旅行者の方におかれては注意いただければと思う。 2. そのため最終日をキャンセルした。規約では予約後のキャンセルは半額が返金されるが、こちらが申し出さない限りオーナーは黙っていた。その姿勢も問題。最終的には、当然のことで特に言及することはないが、返金は受けた。
