It was quite cold, they provided a small electric radiator but it was drying the air in the room. One of the sockets was falling off the wall which is quite dangerous.

Great stay with comfortable bed. Perfect location to all sights. Eventough central located it was very calm. No more than 10-15 minutes walk to all tourist attractions.

The shower from room #2 was leaking into our room, #3. Our stuff close to that wall get wet. The service factor was extermely bad, You shouldn't call it a "hotel" if you don't have oneone to take care of your guests questions. The lady in the reception (2-4 hours a day, not more) couldn't speak an english word. And we couldn't speak ukraine, We emailed the person in charge two times. First time we had to remind him/her after 24 hours regarding transfer from the airport. Second time we emailed regarding if they could make a booking for a taxi next morning early, since we had to catch a bus for Chernobyl. No reply what so ever. We had to manage it by ourselves.

Very nice and spacious room, including bathroom. Very clear and perfectly located. Check in process very easy.

Very small place with only a couple of rooms so you can hear everything. No staff on premise, although not needed.

Great apartment, very close to the city centre. The staff was very welcoming. The apartment had bathrobes and sleepers as well as toilet trees. There was a corner shop one minute away from the apartment.

The building, was quite difficult to find it apart of this everything else was great

Location is really good and not far from center, Old lady at the entrance did not speak English but was very friendly.

Check in time from 2pm - we came 2:30 and the room was not ready. I am pregnant and really needed to use the toilet, but I been offered to use the toilet in the room before it has been cleaned. Communication is terrible - any questions sent via viber as there is no reception at all times. It says there is ironing facilities in the room, however we had to request it by viber, we been told it will be left in reception, but after not finding it we been told that probably guests from another room took it so it will be provided next day! There was mouldy/sewage smell in the room. Also, it did not feel like we are in the hotel - it felt like we are staying at someone's flat. The "hotel" is basically 3 bedroom flat converted into rooms. You can hear when anyone comes in and out of it. Also we were only given one key - which was rather inconvenient as we always had to share it with my husband and make arrangements. If it was a cheap hotel I wouldn't have said anything but it was not even cheap as for Ukraine prices.

Big bed and great bathroom with a big shower.

The entrance is in a residential building, we had some trouble finding it as there was only a small sign.

Location is awesome, good air-conditioner, very nice sofa, overall quality.

It is a bit elevated ground floor, so you need to keep curtains on (decent ones are there) if you do not want to be looked at by pedestrians on the street.

Stuff is welcoming and smile all the time. Room is very clean. Location is perfect.

It is not a hotel, it is just an old building changes the part of it as rooms for rent and there is no facilities as laundry or parking just a room.

Very nice Mini-Hotel in an Apartment-Building near the Maidan Square. Due to it's central location, the Hotel was perfectly situated for sightseeing & going out. You can reach most of the attractions, as well as many good restaurants and cafés, easily by foot. The room was comfortable and quiet and the interior was very nice. The highlight was the bathroom with a huge shower. Also the hairdryer was great - my girlfriend liked it!

Unfortunately the floor was full of little black hair, like from a dog. So it seemed like maybe they forgot to clean the bedroom floor. But apart from that the room in general and the bathroom was very clean.

Location, everything in walking distance. Nice design, good bathroom, surprisingly quiet at night, even when you can hear neighbours through the wall) only 3rooms) People are friendly and helpful. There no lobby but you can leave luggage after check out and go for the walk. Secure.

It’s a flat in an old house that was reconstructed into a small hotel of 3 rooms. You can hear literally everything from your room. I don’t know why they have highly rated breakfast. If fact there is a menu where you pick only 1 small item and they bring it to the reception. Both times the fried egg that I ordered was absolutely cold though I took it exactly at the time that I had ordered it for. You cannot ask them to cook anything that is not in the menu, so you can’t get 2 fried eggs f.i. Only one that comes with sandwich. Coffee is filtered and of a cheap brand. No sweets. Breakfast is a very important thing for me that’s why I was very disappointed with the property. There is a verity of hotels from well-known networks in Kiev, it is better to choose from them for your comfort.

Excellent location, facility, staff. Can not find even one fault. Highly recommend if you are in Kiev.

It’s so good hotel in a great place, very clean and wonderful room and friendly staff. You could take beautiful photos for Instagram/sharing with friends😁 In the morning we had delicious breakfast in our bed☺️

Very, very, very creaking bed, I woke up from a squeak several times during the night.
