Very spacious and comfortable, has all home comforts and more, is very much home from home setting.

The layout was alittle challenging to what our family is use to as the property is over 3 floors and one of the bedrooms at least should have a double bed instead of all rooms being 2 single beds and the parking was very difficult as it was extremely tight to park due to very small and limited space. Overall this didn’t really put us off and I do recommend this property for larger groups of guests and large families.

Property was quiet and close to places of interest. Parking was important as there is no where to park in Brighton.

Shower was poor and the shower curtain smelt bad. Third bedroom was in the garage with no windows.

Some of the paintwork needs a tidy up, sofa is worn, fan in downstairs toilet very noisy

It was suitable for our needs and was clean.

The TV reception was bad and we were only given 1 set of keys. As it was a hot weekend it would have been nice to open the doors in the downstairs bedroom whilst occupying the room. The property would benefit from a dishwasher.

Bright and quirky decoration. Decent location. Everything you’d need supplied in the kitchen.

There was a stale smell of smoking despite it being listed as a non smoking property. The neighbours told us about previous tenants having had parties and hanging out the windows smoking, hence the smell. The company came and did an extra oxygens clean whilst we were there but left the windows open too to air which seemed a bit unsafe with our things in the propriety. There are raised nails in the bathroom floorboards. Dangerous for anyone but especially my kids. The beds are very narrow. The fridge was in max coldness. Which we only realised when all the food we brought with us had frozen. So we had to throw it… The wifi code we were sent in the email was wrong. But we scanned the QR code on the back of the modem so it worked well. A plug adaptor in one bedroom had a piece of old plug stuck in it so couldn’t be used. Small things but annoying when you’re away for a couple of nights.

Lovely and modern accommodation. Clean and plenty of room for a family of 4 with a young child. Everything save for a few lights worked as expected. Location is amazing. All of Brighton is a pretty short walk away.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Only one shower (albeit a very good one) for up to 8 guests may cause difficulties but that is the nature of the property and not something the hosts could change. Parking is tight but perfectly manageable. Needing to dispose of waste a street away is not ideal but not a major problem.
