Very clean and quiet, staff was friendly, interior was spacious and interior fittings were quite new. Price was moderate. Neither cheap nor expensive. So overall good value for the money if you expect a comfortable stay with basic amenities.
Far from the center, but well connected with a tram, so ok. A good quality coffee machine in the lobby / at the reception would be ok within the standard and price range.
Also, the price for the dog is 50 zl / night, but was not stated in the price conditions, which is not OK. The price was non - negotiable and as such it MUST be stated openly and upfront, so the customer knows what they need to pay without an inconvenience of investigation into the matter.

The room was clean and spacious, and so was the bathroom.
The receptionist was helpful and polite.
The room was new and had everything one could potentially need.
The room was absolutely freezing. The radiators were completely cold when we entered the room, and in fact it was difficult to fall asleep, that's how cold it was. We turned the radiators on but it was still unacceptably cold for a hotel room. Temperature in Bydgoszcz drops down to less than 0°C during winter.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great variety of choices for breakfast. Convenient location.
I would have one suggestion for the management…Since summers are getting hotter and hotter in Poland and Silver Hotel doesn’t have AC it could be helpful to provide an electric fan for a room.

We had a great experience at Hotel Silver. The best part of our experience was that the hotel is pet friendly.
Location: The hotel is right between the Brda river and Park Balaton. In addition, it is next to several markets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location - it was a perfect place to stay with our dogs.
Room and services: The room was clean, warm and comfortable. There were additional towels, toilet paper, and toiletries in the bathroom. There was also a safe, a kettle, tea, coffee and creamer in the main room. Even though our hotel room was on the first flour and close to the road, the noise did not bother us.
Reception: people at the reception were extremely polite and spoke excellent English.
It did not bother us that much, but keep in mind that the hotel charges additional fees for each pet. They stated it on their page on Booking.com, but one may not notice it right away.
