La calidez del personal, la sala donde se puede trabajar y descansar, el cuarto y me ayudaron mucho.

Deben tener en cuenta que algunos cuartos son oscuros. Pero en definitiva, está muy bien por la relación calidad precio

La ubicación muy buena, el servicio genial y el tipo de habitación aislada e iluminada q nos dieron fue muy buena.

El colchón de la cama, muy malo, no había comodidad, se sentían los resortes y dolía moverse.

The area was really outstanding, close to nightclubs and restaurants.

We booked a double room and it had a bunk bed and 2 single beds... So no space to move around. We had the laundry done and they lost some items of clothing.

The bedroom was very clean also, there was many restaurants and supermarket very close.

They did a repair in the floor in the entrance of the bedroom and it was not finished when we were there.

Good and safe location. Staff was friendly.

Dirty, I found sone hair in the bathroom and room. The pillows were clean. Strange hosts that were doing noises and leaving the lights on. So for this reason I didn't sleep well.

The staff is very helpful and always willing to assist you. The rooms are very clean and the location perfect. Great stay!

Location was very good, even though still 15-20 minutes' walk far from the closest metro station. But I loved it. Both the man and the woman from the reception (I guess the bosses) were very nice and extremely kind. Rooms was very basic: a table lamp would already make some difference.

This is only concerning the room I was assigned. For me it was impossible to wake up later than 05:30. Even though I asked for a quiet room, I was assigned to one in the reception, next to the laundry and the kitchen/common area. The problem was that the cleaner started to tidy up the common area/kitchen, doing the laundries, watching videos as early as that time, 5:30. After that, it was the turn of the guest, who were making their breakfast and chatting. I cannot say to be completely satisfied and I am sorry for that, because the staff was very nice. But after all, if in a place you cannot rest, rating cannot be that high. I would come back only if I was assigned to another room, not anywhere near the kitchen/common area/reception
