Lovely part of the city, very few tourists, near parks, 3-4 stations away from a lot of the sights. The public transport is very easy to use and inexpensive. There is a wonderful little food shop next door and some friendly cafes.

Perhaps some would need to know that there are steep stairs to the bathroom.

The property had everything I needed. A kitchen with all plates and utensils etc, cooker,kettle,toaster coffee maker and some tea and coffee, fridge,dishwasher,washing machine, TV iron and iron board etc. The main attraction was the location and proximity to schuman and metro and bus to and from airport is 50 metres from the door.

The apartment was on the top (3rd floor) with no lift and approx 70 stairs so not ideal for people who have heavy/large luggage. The furniture is basic but functional. The bedroom is upstairs with a large double bed with side tables and lamps, but no other furniture, so all your clothes are left downstairs in an open style ward robe. The price was possibly a little too pricey, but reasonable.

Not much, only a few minor things - it was very hot in the apartment, albeit an aircon machine was provided which was helpful. I think it was a mistake that two shampoos were provided instead of a shower gel. There were also a few stray hairs about, but nothing major.

First of all, the location of the apartment is extremely good! The apartment is well equipped with all necessary elements for a stay. Also, the price of accommodation is very fair and acceptable. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended.

Maybe just improve the use of the TV considering that the messages on the TV are only in French so that those who don't know French have a harder time getting the TV programs.

The location and connection to pubic transportation was very good. The studio was clean and neat and perfect for my stay for the weekend. It has great facility if one wants to stay longer.

The arrival was very easy and convenient. I did not encounter any problem getting the keys. The instructions were clear and accurate and sent in a timely manner. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished. The host/owner was easy to communicate with and they responded quickly to a few minor concerns a raised on arrival. They communicated in a way that I felt free to reach out to them with any questions or concerns. The location is very convenient for getting around all of Brussels. There are mulitiple options by metro, bus, and train. Getting to the apartment from the airport is a breeze, just take the Bus 12.

The particular apartment that I stayed in was on the third floor and a bit of a climb without an elevator if you have a lot of heavy luggage. The bed was located in an upper loft separte from the bathroom, which is not terribly inconvenient, but wasn't the best for me. The owner has multiple floor plan options, so be sure to explore what would work best for you.

Lovely one-bedroom apartment. I was traveling by myself and I found it perfect.

This flat was at a top location, 2min walk from Schuman metro station and the parc “cinquantenaire “, so easy to go for a walk and get around. Quiet location, still close to restaurants and shops. Lovely little Italian restaurant/charcuterie shop just next door. The flat is cleaned twice a week, and has all the commodities you need ; Kitchen stuff, iron, washing machine,nice comfy sofa…would go there again for sure.

The flat is nicely laid out and was clean and tidy on my arrival. key things that I look for in accommodation like this - Wi-Fi, shower and bed - were all excellent. Wi-Fi worked well and the shower was hot and easy to use. The bed was very comfy as well. I would advise anyone who struggles with stairs to make sure they’re up to a climb as there are a few flights of stairs to the accommodation, but it’s not too strenuous. I also personally think it might be nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge waiting for weary travellers, but I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book this accommodation again without a second thought.

Can honestly say there were no down sides to staying here, it’s a really excellent little flat.
