We liked the location, good sized rooms, convenient parking.

Overall cleanliness but in particular the bathrooms was very poor mould in the ensuite made the shower un useable ,also the shower head was black with mould,, the shower plughole was full of hair, the main bathroom also had some mould, the none slip bathmat was black with mould, the bedding and towels had a very damp odour,

Location, spacious, well equipped kitchen, Homely, Quiet area. Parking near by

Sofa/seating uncomfortable - difficult to get x3 people comfortable on the sofa & only x1 chair. Personally found the pillows uncomfortable. Laminate flooring in the kitchen kept slipping causing gaps due to there not being a stop under the cooker. Only x1 of the 4 under cupboard lights worked. The table lamp next to the fire place did not work. We could not get lower oven to work - could just be us but 3 of us tried. Sink on the en-suite was partially blocked.

Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was on the ground floor and the added bonus was the private parking space right outside. Location was excellent; very green and leafy and very quiet. Just round the corner from Booths and the main area of Keswick.

Very well equipped, very clean, very good facilities, plenty of cutlery/crockery, easy (close) parking. Basically just "very good"! Would definitely come back to this apartment and would recommend it to others.

Clarity of instructions when leaving (assume Coronavirus has changed things a bit) e.g. what counts as "linen" (bath mats? mattress protector?) to be placed in black bags and whether keys need putting back in box (which we did) or dropping into office (as per instruction sheet in folder - not updated for Covid19 in other places). NB we put the keys in the box as we couldn't get through to the office to double check.
