Very clean property , in a great location.

We booked a 3 bedroom property for 5 adults, which was confirmed in our booking. On arrival the property was configured for 4 adults with 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom was locked. I called the out of hours contact number and was informed that it would cost another £50.00 to unlock the bedroom! I complained to Cumbrian cottages, the letting agent but they refused to to refund my £50.00, informing me that my issue was with Booking.com. I contacted booking.com, who informed me thatI should be refunded the extra £50.00 which the letting agent demanded from us on top of our original confirmed amount of £499.00. As yet we have not received this refund. Disgraceful customer service. Cumbrian Cottages did not care and at no point apologised for our inconvenience.

Two separate bedrooms perfect ! Just in town center, very convenient.

One mattrass was a bit too soft.
