Great location v comfortable v good facilities

We extended our stay as the location was perfect for our needs, handy to public transport and shops. As per our previous review: very obliging and friendly host, the apartment was super well-supplied, the patio had a lovely outlook onto a back lawn - we'll miss the giraffe!.

Absolutely minor - bigger bread boards!

The location was extremely handy to trams, pharmacy and grocery store. The ground floor apartment with patio was spacious, well laid-out, with a lovely outlook onto a back lawn, and cool during hot summer days. It was supplied with everything you could possibly hope for - beyond expectations. Our host was superb - friendly, communicative and very accommodating with requests. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect set-up.

Just be aware that the apartment is near the hospital, so you often hear noise from sirens and helicopters, but nothing that interfered with the enjoyment of our stay.

It was well beyond my expectations. The apartment had everything one shall need for a short (or long) stay: from the kitchen to the bathroom, it was all perfect.

The Schanzelgasse lies near the edges of the pre-1914 urban expansion of Graz, about seven tramstops from the Hauptplatz (main square) and twelve to the Hauptbahnhof (main station); hence the only mode of public transport I ever needed to use during the three-night stay, which was exceptionally convenient. Generally, I'd walk in to the centre by one of several pleasant routes, which took around 20-30 minutes (never hurrying in a city I'm getting to know properly). The old house the groundfloor flat is situated in was probably built around the 1840s and is excellently kept (this is Austria). The flat itself consisted chiefly of a single room containing the sleeping and more general use areas, the latter incororating the kitchen space and a large table to work on and eat off. A single door opened onto the hallway and bathroom. A large sliding window gave access to the terrace, beyond which was a small garden leading to a utility shed at the back. The feel was reminiscent for me of flats in Germany, with its orderliness, cleanliness and general feel of domestic comfort: but the main room was something else, so very spacious and full of light. The owner apparently lived on the floor above but, if he was there, he clearly felt no need to introduce himself; the kind of proper etiquette to be expected here, since he wouldn't want me to think he was in any way prying. Besides, I could call him if and whenever I needed to. This is a well recommended place to stay.

Very nice and cosy apartment equipped with everything one needs for short or long stay. Public parking available on site. Spacious bathroom. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Great balcony for morning breakfast or relax in the evening. What we had fun with the most was Alexa that controls the music - a nice touch from the host.

It's a lovely studio apartment a few minutes walk from LKH Graz. The apartment is very clean and well outfitted with kitchen and washing machine. As a bonus, they offer a Netflix account to watch on the tv.

It is a very clean and comfortable studio apartment only a few minutes walk from LKH Graz. The kitchen provided everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was stable. As a bonus, they offer Netflix, so I was able to watch my series while eating the dinner I cooked.
