Perfect location for our family visit. Very accessible to Heathrow Airport via Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station), North Acton tube also close by, and lots of buses (bus stops in front and across the street). Ground floor flat has easy access for luggage. Parade of shops across the street has wonderful fish and chips, Indian takeaway plus newsagent and a short walk to Co-op and Sainsburys Local, and a big Asda a short bus ride away. Very light, airy, warm and clean, comfortable furnishings, inline heater for instant good pressure hot water for bath/shower, nice little garden in back with clothes line, washing machine, well provisioned kitchen has all appliances needed, including French press coffee maker, everything you could ask for. Hosts are so friendly and available, even providing bread, butter, salami, cheese and milk to get us started. We highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Clean, spacious, very convenient to public transport, restaurants and shops, well furnished, comfortable. Walter even stocked the fridge ahead of time with milk, bread, butter and salami to start us off, really friendly and responsive.

The apartment is well located and only 20 minutes from central London and 30 minutes from Heathrow airport by tube. It is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. However it has a very strong damp and musty smell which I found very unpleasant.

Walter was a really nice host, and the house was clean and well maintained. Loved that there was some bread, cheese and salami in the fridge when we came, felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend this place to other families that is going to spend some days in London

Walter was at the property to welcome us and gave us a brief tour of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor which made it easy for those with quite a bit of luggage which was the case with us. The property was well equipped with whatever we needed in the pantry, kitchen utensils and had a proper area to cook and prepare meals. There was a washer provided in the kitchen as well but no dryer. The bathroom space was well equipped with essential toiletries and plenty of toilet roll supplies. Water pressure was strong and hot water supply was consistent. There were 2 double bedrooms, one of them is facing the front road and the other was at the back facing the backyard. There were plenty of space to put our things in the closet and on the dressing table. Each room is provided with a hair dryer. The property was well maintained although the interior design and choice of furniture did look slightly dated. The location of the property was ideal for us since we were travelling from London Heathrow. Using the Elizabeth Line from the airport terminals, it was a direct train journey all the way to Acton Main Line and from there it was about a 5 mins walk to the property. That was a strong plus for us since we had quite a bit of luggage with us and had just travelled over 13 hours. There were some essential shops near the property like Co-Op and Sainsbury's. There's also a McDonalds less than 5 minutes away. Walter was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire time and added a personal welcome note with the names of guests on the dining table which was a lovely touch!
The beds and pillow in the property were way too soft for us and affected the quality of our sleep. The chairs provided in the bedrooms were not exactly suited for the type of dressing tables provided so getting ready was a bit uncomfortable. Although we had exclusive access to the apartment, be mindful that there are people living upstairs and they did make quite a lot of noise on one of the evenings. Footsteps and loud chatters were clearly heard. It appears that many have moved out from the neighbourhood. There were many properties to let including the one right next to no.280 and quite a few shops on the same row as the houses just appeared to be closed during our short 4 days stay there.

Walter was a fantastic host. Everything was perfectly prepared and we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The rooms were cute and the whole house was very good equipped.
The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable, the beds should be bigger.

Lovely touches, milk, bread cheese on arrival. Lots of bits in the bathroom, incase you forgot anything (which we did), really thoughtful.
Would definitely visit again.

The owner met us on arrival which was lovely and gave us information to help with our stay, little touches of leaving a starter pack in the fridge and various items around the apartment for our use. The location is brilliant. I would definitely stay there again
Only 2 things I personally would suggest, larger bath towels and maybe a little bistro set at the end of the garden. These are minor changes which are personal to me, certainly wouldn't stop me going again.

The host Walter is a lovely fella, so friendly and helpful. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is as you need it.
From meeting you an showing you around to providing a few essentials. The apartment is a great location far enough away from the tube (North Acton) that its not noisy but easy enough to find an walk too when you need it. The living room and bedrooms are comfortable and spacious while the garden is a very nice bonus for a London accommodation. A perfect little home from home in the city which we will definitely be looking at availability for next time we are coming to London.
I Don't like writing any negative points because Walter an the apartment are excellent, but if I absolutely had to say something then i would say as a larger person i found the mattress in the front bedroom a little too thin for my comfort not to say i couldnt sleep but enough that i noticed it. It wouldn't stop me booking again though as the whole experience was still excellent 👌🏻

great location for when driving into London. Outside congestion zone. short 8minute walk to under ground, less to overground. Great host, great facilities, lovely and warm, lovely shower, lovely rooms. £5 on road parking per day which the host arranged.
