The girl working at the front desk during most of our stay was truly phenomenal. Kind, helpful and fun. By far the best service we’ve received during our 3 week trip traveling around the Yucatán Peninsula. Sweet bread and coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

El trato del chico de recepción fue pésimo, su actitud dejó mucho que desear ya que se notaba molesto y solo daba órdenes. Muy mala atención al cliente.

Nice size room with comfy beds, complimentary water, great shower. Good location for the ferry terminal, and as a bonus the hotel puts on free coffee and pastries for breakfast. Staff weee very friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations based on the reviews. The room was big and new with a cool industrial style. Comfy bed, lots of shelving and a big tv. It was all great. The staff were very nice. Don’t expect a full free breakfast but it was nice to get free coffee and a pastry in the morning. The location also felt very central and the door buzzer system felt secure

It needs a freshen up around the edges- wear and tear is evident.

Clean room and facilities in general. A+++ to its staff. Good location.

Unfinished feel about it with bare concrete floors albeit polished and a distinct new concrete smell in the facilities.

Fine for the location near the boat departure to Belize and for the low price.

Room is a bit dark and dingy, shower is a bit disappointing but understandable for the cheap price. Bed uncomfortable and thin pillows.

Room was spacious, and the hotel is centrally located.

It is super noisy. Avoid room 109, it is basically next to the front door; every time the front door bell rings or someone is talking at the front desk, you’ll wake up as it is so loud. This happened numerous times during the night, so if you want a good night of sleep, avoid room 109.

Staff tried to help by offering to change room.

Ventilation system was terrible, it was impossible to breathe. Started having an headache after 30 minutes in the room. Asked staff to change room, and they were kind enough to accommodate my request, but air in the second room was still aweful. Had to pack my stuff and leave the hotel.

Staff is great but don’t speak much english
