La struttura era molto accogliente e pulita, nonché in ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro. lo staff era cortese, disponibile e professionale. La colazione era buona, ed il letto era molto comodo.

Nonostante i prodotti offerti a colazione fossero di buona qualità, e nonostante la possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salato, la scelta non era comunque molto ampia. Inoltre sarebbe stato comodo un leggero ampliamento dell'orario di chiusura della colazione.

Consiglio vivamente la struttura. La posizione è eccellente in quanto situata in una zona centrale dotata di tutti i comfort e a pochi passi dalla metro. La struttura è molto bella. Se avete intolleranze come nel mio caso saranno così gentili da fornirvi degli alimenti diversi per la colazione.

La camera è arredata con gusto e con arredi di livello. Il bagno è spazioso e ci sono tutti i servizi. Personale cordialissimo, difficile trovare una soluzione con migliore rapporto qualità prezzo.

La atención del personal. Tanto Livia como Giuseppe siempre han estado muy presentes y atentos. El tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad de la cama.

Más que no nos gustó, aspectos a mejorar. - Cuidar un poco más la limpieza, estaba limpio pero, para un maniático como yo, había cosas a mejorar. - La ducha un poco pequeña, con poca presión del agua y el agua caliente tardaba mucho en llegar - El desayuno se puede mejorar, un poco escaso de variedad

Staff molto cordiale. La posizione è perfetta, metro a poche passi e si raggiunge in comodità qualsiasi quartiere di Napoli.

Ci vorrebbe qualche cassettiera e un frigo più refrigerante.

Easy location and good room with comfortable bed

Ótimo custo-benefício, limpeza e cordialidade. Perto do metrô, boa localização. Bom café da manhã.

Box do chuveiro um pouco apertado, mas nada que prejudicasse a experiência.

Location : 7th Floor is located in a very nice area of Naples. Lots of shops, cafe and restaurants around and easy access to the city center. Room : The room was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the city Staff : Amazing staff, they will do everything to make your stay perfect. Giving a lot of recommendations!

We had the best experience at 7th Floor Suites. Giuseppe was the kindest and most accommodating host. We arrived quite early and he allowed us to store our luggage along with have bfast. Nothing was too much for him, which was very much appreciated! The rooms are very well appointed, great size and super comfortable. We loved our stay and if we travel to Naples again this is where we will be staying. Location is also great 😊

Had a nice shower and the balcony was an added bonus!

The air con was a bit useless and so was the fridge which was needed given that we were travelling with medications that need to be refrigerated.

The property was in a great location with friendly and helpful staff, rooms were comfortable and convenient.

The toilet in one of the rooms was noisy and occasionally smelt.

The room is spacious and comfartable, with a nice balcony. The staff is amicable and the location is good, near great restaurants.

The shower pressure wasn't very good. And the bathroom was dark, the lights could be better. Also, I think the breakfast could be better, with more salty options and placed better. The tables to serve from and to it in were too small.

the room looked stylish, it was very quite. and the coffee was excellent

tv didn’t work…more correctly the batteries were dead, I had to have a 10 cent coin to use the life from 9:00 13:00 the bathroom had a step; difficulty finding light switches; fear that they were not contactable in case of issues…it was more about renting a room than a hotel. breakfast too late 8:00

We are very satisfied (group of 12 people). Perfect organization and clear instructions (we had a late check-in). Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and convenient location. Next time we come to Naples we would stay here again.

Location was excellent. Close to the metro. A very short walk from heaps of cafes and huge pedestrian shopping street. Great place to stay.
