It is not hotel fault... :) There is church nearby and the church clock strikes every 15 minutes, so take earplugs for sleeping during the night

The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant below is excellent- the live music made this our favourite evening of our stay! It is in the loveliest part of town and is a close walk to the train station. The staff are very helpful and we’re kind enough to pack us a breakfast when we had to leave early one morning.

Only thing missing was a kettle and fridge in the room

Great location in the Partenkirchen. 4 min by car to the Zugspitze train station. Breakfast is plentiful. Staff were helpful. Rooms were tidy. There is a restaurant with it.

Although the wooden steps can get too loud. No lift. The instructions for check-in and check-out could be a little bit clearer. There were no free water with the room in contrary to the description.

Amazing and scenic location in town with an amazing view. Sightseeing and exploring town can all be done on foot. Great breakfast in the morning was included and the food available in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating during our stay.

Alfred the owner was very helpful and friendly,he let me check in early and he upgraded my room because my room had a wifi problem . and i even made him book me a taxi at 8 am which is quiet hard in garmisch.

Great place with breakfast each morning and in a really nice part of the town, good facilities and nice room

Walls were thin so I could hear the neighbors tv, was kinda hard to find the place but once I got into the pub that it’s above and asked a waiter it all worked out. There was a street lamp shining right into my window but I’ll just put that down to bad luck on my part.

-The hotel is great (lovely street of Partenkirchen, great price/value) and best offer around for a budget under 150€/night -The restaurant of the hotel is even better. All homemade great south German cuisine at a super fair price (+-17€ per dish) with a lovely typical but not touristy atmosphere and a lovely staff. We ate there every night and didn’t dare to check something else in town

I highly recommend this accommodation. Located on a beautiful main street, the rooms are classic and comfortable. I shared bathroom (which was very clean and in good condition) but there was a little sink in the room which I found quite convenient. The staff is wonderful, attentive and friendly. The hotel has a classic german restaurant just downstairs which is quite convenient. The breakfast is exceptional! On my last day, they prepared a lunch-box for me because I had to leave before breakfast time. Great experience, I'll be back!

if I had to look for a drawback the only thing I could say is the bed was sinking a bit towards the middle. Some people don't mind that at all or even like it!

Unbeknownst to us the hotel is situated in the most famous street in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The parking was in a garage not too far away, so that was only a minor inconvenience. $5/day.

The location on Ludwig Strasse was perfect! I loved being on this historic and charming part of Patenkirchen! The restaurant with very good German food was great and the live Bavarian music was what I really wanted.

We stayed in Room no. 8 after we cheked out, we directly go to doctor because my partner is suspected with bed bugs bites. And as a result after check up on the same day as we check out. The doctor told us that my partner bitten by the insect that usually gets in the hotel. He is currently taking now antibiotics because some of the bites is infected, anti itchy creams and antihistamine. Sadly this is the first time that happened to us after several booking that we made under the Booking.com platform. Hopefully this will serve as a lesson. They must check every room for cleanliness and safety of the guest.

OK location, but a bit far from the main train station / hautbanhof. Breakfast was fine, but no choice [only cereal was chocolate muesli, wouldn't be my first choice]. No eggs for breakfast, unless you could speak German apparently. Basic guest house rooms.
