Eigentlich nicht so viel, ausser dass man von der Rückseite des Gebäudes direkten Zugang zum Zimmer hatte u. das Personal freundlich war

Das Zimmer war düster und es roch unangenehm bzw nach Mief. Das Mobiliar war auch nicht ansprechend und die Matratzen nicht so toll ( man merkte dass es keine gute Qualität war). Insgesamt war der Eindruck nicht so positiv u das Hotel bedürfte unserer Meinung einer grundlegenden Sanierung/Neuausrichtung.

If was fine. Not great, not bad.

Biggest complaint: your night desk person went AWOL for an hour when we tried to check in! I've never had that happen before. He gave some lame excuse about how he was doing laundry and forwarded the front desk phone to the wrong #. Say what? Since when is the front desk of a motel not staffed at the time of evening (8 p.m.) when people are checking in after a long drive?!!

The view of the Black Hills is amazing from the Hill top location. The check in was fast and friendly. The motel has upgraded their pool and hot tub. The breakfast is wonderful.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The only negative was that room above us had a loud stomper.

Always friendly service, clean rooms and a good breakfast.

Nothing to complain about

Breakfast offers the typical selection of hot and cold options. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was on hand to keep things refreshed and provide help to guests. Plenty of seating available as well. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Easy access to both the parking and all of the amenities in the hotel.

Some of the toiletries in our room were missing or needed to be refilled. Easily got what we needed as soon as we asked.
