It was clean and good location. The host was very responsive. Good value

Furniture was a bit worn out could use better hangers and a rack to hang items. Overall can't complain because of price.

WiFi was very slow, and the beds were very uncomfortable

If i had a question or concern it was answered by the host immediately. Property is being updated but it had everything we needed.

Nothing major the carport entrance needs a little work. But you have parking on the street.

The location is great - close to the beach. The apartment was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, the beds were reasonably comfortable, there were even some toiletries available which we were not expecting and was very nice. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and utensils available. Communication with the host was somewhat lacking while checking in but the ladies who clean the apartment were there when we arrived and they were very nice and welcoming and helped us get settled in. Also it was great to have a washer and dryer on site! Very convenient.

The mosquitoes are really, really bad. The apartment was full of them and no matter how many of them we killed, there were always more and we all got bit up. The other thing that made me uncomfortable is that the windows are all barred and the door can only be opened/closed with a key, which seems to be a really dangerous fire hazard (if there were a fire and the key wasn't in the lock, you would be trapped inside with no way to get out).

There were a lot of mosquitos in the house. The location is great!

The property is so cute and has everything you need! We loved sitting on the balcony at night and the beach was only a block away!

What I did not like was that most of the windows did not open , front door did not open, there was a hammock but it's ripped, Also my husband fell down the stairs because they were wet, we notified the owner but he really did not show any care, did not asked if he was ok or anything. When I notified him of the incident and told him what happen he stated why didn't we call the ambulance, And what did we want him to do. Not to happy with the service at all.

Convenient location on a nice local strip with many amazing restaurants. Was very convenient being able to cook at home. In between many good surf spots in Rincon and Isabella. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We worked from home and found the wifi reliable.

The photos of the property are almost exclusively of the larger unit - we booked this property for the porch and large kitchen, however, from the listing, didn't realize that these were only for the larger unit. There are no photos of the smaller unit's kitchen.

The location and space for a family of 5 with your own private parking. The caring owners where nice when I complained and made appropriate compensation. Near a Sandy beach and restaurants

It must have been a fluke but the housekeeping must have forgotten to finish cleaning the apartment. So that was a huge disappointment when arriving late with kids. I had to clean the entire place with my personal sanitizing wipes bc there was no cleaning supplies or clean sponges..they did have paper towels so I used that. The owner was extremely apologetic and compensated us which was the right thing to do. The housekeeper was a little rude bc I complained but did provide a set of new sheets and the basic kit most vacation rentals supply. Recommendations: -A super deep clean from interior to exterior. -Dish towels or cleaning supplies so that guests may help to clean up too *for value, it’s great! There’s a beach a 1 1/2 blocks away and close to lots of restaurants on the strip.
