L’emplacement, très bien situé.

L’accueil condescendant à la réception et au petit déjeuner. La TV ne fonctionnait pas.

Posizione centrale, anche se in piena ZTL loro comunicano la targa; bello l’ edificio antico e fresco ma pieno di scale. Pulizia ok.

La reception chiude alle 20,00 e non c’è neanche una deviazione di chiamata su un cellulare, cosa assurda considerato che in estate si fa sempre più tardi; Offrono un servizio di car vallet ma nn ci hanno comunicato i numeri a cui chiamare, x cui una sera siamo stati costretti a mettere l auto a pagamento in un altro garage, visto che in albergo nn rispondeva nessuno, e prendere i mezzi x raggiungere l hotel, con notevole disagio!

Le personnel est super agréable, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien.

La propreté laisse à désirer, propre en apparence cependant énormément de poussière sous le lit. Les équipements sont à changer, une Clim quasi inefficace, que l’on a programmé à 16°, en marche toute la journée et la nuit pourtant la chambre n’atteint jamais la température sélectionnée. La chambre reste chaude, compliqué de s’endormir avec la chaleur. La salle de bain est à améliorer également, un sèche cheveux mural qui ne tient plus, les chevilles permettant de le fixer sortent littéralement du mur. La porte de la douche à cabine, très compliquée à ouvrir il faut y aller fort et pousser un très bon coup.

La Ubicación del Hotel es fantástica, cerca de todo, la Habitación superó mis expectativas , era mas grande de lo que se veía en las fotos. El desayuno muy bueno con muchos Dulces típicos de la zona !! Recomiendo este hotel Maravilloso , sin duda retornaremos !

El personal fue muy amable y coordial solo que a veces no había nadie en la atención de la recepción.

Good location.

No lift. It’s very hard to take up to our suitcase to the room.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Ortigia, on a lovely, quiet street, and our room had two nice balconies. The room was clean, the bed was decent and the AC was working. The breakfast was decent, and the breakfast lady was adorable.

Our sink was clogged for three days and there was no wifi in the room for the entire stay. After alerting the staff multiple times, they would simply write the problem down and see what they could do about it.. we would’ve expected them to come and check it out themselves, which they only did after the third day. This meant we had to brush our teeth and do our toiletries out of the bidet.. not a nice experience. As for the wifi, our room was clearly out of range for their wifi box, but each member of staff that we alerted this about seemed to hear about it for the first time… or at least acted like it. It’s not the end of the world to not have Wifi, but I would’ve appreciated a bit of honesty. They could have just said that there was no wifi in that room (207).

Excellent great location

The rooms were quiet, Air conditioning worked great. Huge variety of breakfast items. They have a valet parking service for 20 euro. But they close for the evening. So if you have an early flight you need to repark your car in the lot 15 minutes away.

The stairs are very difficult to navigate with and without luggage. Inside the building it twists and turns and there are many steps, some over 6 inches. Outside rooms had a narrow staircase.
