Fantastic property and the most responsive host we have ever had for a vacation. Our furry friend loved the beach and it was the first time she went swimming on her own!

House is beautiful! From one clean freak to many others, it’s always a little terrifying booking based on pictures but this place did not disappoint! Our beach dream got rained out but the screened porch and covered play area saved us! Stove is a chef’s dream with lots of gas burners and griddle! Only thing missing was a good snuggle couch blanket so bring your own and book this house!

Clean, private, great crabbing experience and beautiful location! Tons of things for the kids to do without ever leaving the property! Owners were easy to communicate with and very nice. Overall a perfect vacation!

Three things really mattered to us, were a norma family from Minnesota, this house was clean, Big deal. That starts a vacation. Second, the activities were great, catching “”big grabs and redfish off the beach were awesome. And third, dog friendly, we have spot on fence, And it worked well. That was important for us. Over all, we’re home and still smiling.

It was another fantastic stay at the Island House. The weather was not ideal but there is so much to do in and around the house that we always had something fun to keep us occupied. The kids really enjoyed the beach and all of the games (and the super fast Wi-Fi). Christina makes the whole process really easy and always makes sure we have everything we need. We’re looking forward to coming back!

Lots of room inside house to have me time. Great for dogs outside, fence on one side kept dogs close. Hot tub was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming.

We walked in and we were blown away how wonderful the place was. We had a wonderful stay. We would reccommend it to everyone! And Christina the host was awesome.

The home was absolutely perfect! The kids were never bored with all the games in the game room! The beach is a short walk across the road, the sunsets were beautiful. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, and the home was as advertised!

There is plenty to do without even leaving the property. We fished, caught crabs in the trap, enjoyed the beach across the street, enjoyed the rec room with ping pong, pool, darts, corn hole, and a tiki bar. Hot tub off the master with access from the screened porch. Dauphin Island was a huge hit, as was The Shed - BBQ and Blues. The home is tastefully decorated and very clean - super comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen. Screened in porch overlooking a fire pit and the path to the canal where we caught blue crab and fished. Highly recommend!

This house has everything you need to relax and unwind. So many things to do that you don’t even need to leave the house! It was perfect for our big party of 10! Would definitely book again!

My family and I have always stayed in hotels but thought we’d try a beach house this year instead. We were drawn to Christina’s home because of everything it had to offer and I am so happy we booked! The photos don’t do the property justice, it was amazing and made our vacation perfect! The lower patio was the perfect hang out spot, with steps to the canal where we caught crabs and steps away from her beach access where many sandcastles and beach sunset memories were made. We will be back to enjoy this slice of heaven again.

We enjoyed all the amenities and being able to walk across the road straight onto the beach. The house was clean and for our family perfectly. The hostess was amazing and communicated well.

My family and I stayed 3 nights at the Island House in Ocean Springs. The downstairs is awesome for kiddos and the young at heart. The house is beautifully decorated and a fun place to hang out. Christina, the owner was prompt in answering all my questions before and during the trip.

Quiet small family trip that enjoyed the whole property and did a lot of fishing!

The property was gorgeous, so many fun things to do, that we couldn’t even do them all! Kayaking, crab trapping, fire pit, grill, hot tub! It was also gorgeous and perfect! 10 out of 10 would visit again!

Pictures accurately reflect the property. If you want a beach with lots of people, this is not what you are looking for. We loved having it pretty much to ourselves. Never done crab traps but were very successful in the backyard waterway. Would recommend Yard Guard type product.

This was ideal for our family beach vacation! We had 4 Adults and 1 fur baby. We all enjoyed every aspect. Home was immaculate. Local area was tourist/pet friendly. Can’t wait to return!

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed everything this property has to offer including quiet location with private beach, kayaking, games, hot tub, abundant wildlife, beautiful sunsets. We also brought our own bicycles. Plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend after dark trip to beach to see the ghost crabs.

Very nice house and excellently furnished. The location is very quiet and the highlights were the hot tub, the games area downstairs, and of course the beach. Great stay all around. :)

Wow, what an amazing time we had at the Island House! Located at the end of a 3 mile long peninsula, the house and property provided a great deal of privacy and seclusion, but surrounded by other homes, you didn't feel alone. Close enough to the city of Ocean Springs and its many amenities, you avoid the crowds but still have easy access to anything you may need. The house is clean and comfortable (some of the most comfy beds we've ever had in a rental home). Well stocked kitchen, hot tub, many games and activities under the house for all ages. We really enjoyed that the home backs to a river (for fishing/kayaking) and then is just a short jaunt across the street to the private beach. We caught lots of crabs in the river (crab pots provided) and fish from the beach (fishing gear not included). It truly is a spectacular location; Peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature. *For those that may worry - no snakes or gators were seen, just an armadillo and some pesky raccoons. :) We've rented many vacation homes over the years and our family of 6 all agreed, this was one of the best. Communication with the owner was excellent! She was quick to respond to any questions we had, just a quick text away. We made a ton of great memories together - our only regret is that we didn't book the house for 2 weeks instead of 1! So much to do and explore, would go back in a heartbeat!!

End of the road Margaritaville Hangout…Set up nicely for 2 couples & their kids. Plenty to do downstairs for families in the “tiki area”. Short walk across the street to quietly sit & look at the gulf from the flip-flop garden spot. Then a few more steps to the beach. The town of Ocean Springs has shops & restaurants. A unique bbq place to go is The Shed (not in the town, but close enough). The lights of Biloxi to the west, from the upstairs at night was a cool view too.

My family and I had a great stay at this warm and cozy beach house. Enjoyed games, fishing, and just relaxing.. Would love to visit again..
