This is really the only hotel in the centre of Cleveland but it’s certainly not a last resort. In a great location on the small high street of lovely shops and with its own great restaurant and rooftop bar. The Grammy Museum is really good and only a short walk

I love the wood floors in the room because I don’t like hotel rooms with carpet because it smells. It’s always clean here. I always stay here when I visit home

The restaurant located in the hotel, their food could’ve been better. It was okay but not good. It used to be good a couple of years ago don’t know what happened.

The location, the rooms were nice and the food at the hotel was excellent and delicious. All restaurant staff were very professional and worthy of their tip.

I was not happy with the room price that increased significantly despite another price being listed on booking.com. A two night stay ended up being almost $600. The phone in my room did not work and no hotel instructions were provided. Such as the hotel restaurant details, I was not able to order room service and had to go to the front desk with all questions. I was not informed at check in that the room would not be cleaned during my stay. There was one desk clerk that was not friendly ,very rude and made me feel uncomfortable by asking her basic questions. I will not recommend the Cotton House to any friends, relatives or co-workers due to this unpleasant experience.

Friendly receptionist. The place is clean and pet friendly. The location is great. Easy acceas to shopping area, restaurant and coffee shop.

I think it was a great hotel. I wish there was a small couch or sitting area in the room.

No small fridge in the room. No microwave in the room. No indoor/outdoor pool.

Loved the location and staff. For the price of this hotel, I was surprised that they didn't have a pool / sauna. It's very clean, nice and convenient but nothing "special" to warrant the price difference of the other hotels down the road

No pool, hot tub. For the price it is not worth it. If I brought my family I wouldn't stay here.
