I don’t even know how to start. This place is simply amazing. It was everything we needed and wanted. My family was very impressed and expressed their appreciation of the place. We will definitely come back again. Also the owner Patricia is super nice and very easy to communicate with. Thank you again for making our weekend enjoyable.

This was such a great place to stay and had incredible amounts of entertainment at the house. It was also very easy to get Ubers to go downtown Biloxi. Enjoyed it very much!

The location accomplished everything we wanted to. We had eight guys and wanted to be able to hang out together after we played golf and the house provided that. Some guys hung out in the hot tub, some guys played cards, some guys watch the NCAA tournament. All meals were easy with the extra large kitchen and plenty of room to sit. Also the location was convenient that we were never more than 20 minutes from any of the golf courses we played over the course of four days

We LOVED the property, very huge, tons of privacy. Everything you could possibly need in the house. Great get away for a boys weekend, family, or a couples trip. Would definitely go back.

This is an amazing house! We had the wedding on the dock and it was beautiful!! Initially we’re going to do everything outside but the house was so nice and fit 45 people easily and did not feel crowded. We slept 18 at the house and were all comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous!! Had several handicap people and the elevator was nice. Patricia was very responsive to any questions. Some people fished and some sat by the fire at night. Thanks for making my daughter ms wedding such a beautiful experience!

My friends and I recently stayed for a bachelors trip and the house was absolutely perfect that. Tons of TVs for football and great outdoor space for hanging out and socializing. We have plans to return just to get out of town because the house was so enjoyable.

Quiet secluded area, yet 15 minutes from everthing we traveled to area for. Large house with plenty of rooms so we never felt like we were on top of anyone else in the group. Beautiful deck, pool and dock areas to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails!

The home was very accommodating for a large group with lots of tastefully decorated bedrooms/lots of beds. Many wonderful amenities, But....although I paid damage insurance, she emphasizes being extra charged for so many minute things, we were very nervous about damages. We've done many staff trips, but never so nervous. I really thought the insurance was to keep you from that burden. Otherwise, the place was indeed a dream.

We were able to host our quarterly sales meeting in a relaxing atmosphere. A spacious home and a kitchen to host, along with a way to enjoy the outdoors and socialize.
Whether you are looking for a family reunion, guys / girls weekend or a venue to gather a group, this is the spot.

This is an amazing property! The location is great and very convenient while still being far enough removed to be quiet. It has absolutely everything you could possibly want. Lots of living area, super spacious kitchen, tons of cabinets, amazing separate bar area, back-saving elevator complete with a rolling cart, wonderful floor plan (esp. sleeping arrangement) for large groups, beautiful pool area, lots of towels, terrific hot tub, so many washers & dryers, beautiful surrounding grounds, and my list could go on and on. The owner is extremely easy to deal with and very quick to respond and help with anything we asked about. I cannot possibly recommend this property enough! We definitely plan on returning!

The kitchen had all the dishes our party needed. We prepared meals and made a ton of wonderful memories.We felt safe and secure for our entire stay. Our guests were comfortable as truly at ease for the entire stay. The property owner was easily contacted to answer any questions we had. We had a great time relaxing by the pool. Hosts are amazing and very helpful. We arrived in Gulf Port a day earlier than we thought we would and they allowed us to check in early. It was a blessing.
During our stay the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and home like.

It was nice to have family under one roof during vacation. The kitchen was the spot for us, space for everyone to be on cooking duty. The hot tube, swimming pool, grill(s)…..

Absolutely amazing home! Our group of 10 guys found it to be the perfect house. Beds were comfortable. Very large TV’s everywhere. Some many’s things to do on the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
