could not find heat things turn turn on fireplace, the spa outside was actually a bath

The place was beautiful, clean and felt very comfortable, we were staying here for a snowboarding trip and the place was a good distance from Falls Creek

The only complaint would be limited parking however it is understandable as there is limited space.

Amazing location and beautiful views of the mountains The accomodation was spotless and we loved all the extra touches including wine amd chocolates on arrival.

The location and unique design of the villa were great. The villa is in a lovely complex and the views were beautiful.

The beds were really uncomfortable, particularly downstairs where the beds are really just foldaways designed for kids. The beds also weren’t set up as we had asked. The gas knob to turn on the oven fell off when we first used it which made it hard to cook. The gas top hobs were very weak also. There was no shampoo in the bottle upstairs. The TVs were noted as “smart tvs” but they’re not - they’re old and don’t connect to the wifi. The washer dryer is hard to use and takes forever to unlock to get clothes out. As there weren’t enough towels for 6 people for a week we had to wash and dry the towels. We also had to buy toilet paper as there wasn’t nearly enough. The signs and book for the property are a bit out of date re air conditioning and appliances.

We loved the outdoor spa/onsen with the pretty stream next to us and the stars above. Beautiful sky at night! Loved the walking tracks around and coming back to the Villa at the end of the day for a wonderful sunset. Very picturesque gardens. The villa is very unique in its fit out "kwirky" and tasteful using recycled timbers etc Really lovely. Great for romance; great for friends and/or family too. Loved it!

Found it a little difficult to operate the large oven as it is gas... was very cautious... some information on this would have been handy ( we looked briefly).
