The house had everything you could ever need. It was homely, and comfortable with style. The view was absolutely amazing and we didn't want to leave!

The house is superb with all the amenities required for a great time away. Could not fault the accommodation in any way. Planning next year’s trip away already with the intentions to stay there again.

Owner is very involved and asked me to pick the keys from her own place the night before rather than the rental; and charged me for additional cleaning fee; even after we cleaned the place. Frankly, the owner is extremely particular about cleaning given that she indicates there were hand marks on cupboards (which is mainly from use), and dirt and dust on the carpet (vacuummed as much as we can); and we left the dishes to wash and dry in the dishwasher. She expects the dishes to be put back in the cupboards in the exact specific (I mean exactly specific to the cm) locations as it was before. I am not sure what the actual cleaning fee is for then. I mentioned there would be 8 ppl and happily paid additional cost for that as well. She assumes that kids stayed with us when there were no kids and assumes the number of ppl leading me to think of a potential for prejudice here. Small hands do not mean kids; there are adults with small hands as well. She asks the neighbour to check on the number of cars that are parked and estimates the number of ppl who stayed; without thinking we might have a guest over for early dinner. Three cars or four cars do not relate to 12 people or more; very much accusing. Overall, this gave me a sour after taste.

Clear communications, clean and well equipped houses.

From the moment we arrived, our whole group were making comments about how comfortable and homely this property felt. The house was absolutely stocked with everything you could ever need on a fun holiday, from cooking equipment, to games, to every great movie made, to ample linen, to beautiful location. And to top it all off, Vicky was excellent with communication. She was friendly and willing to help wherever she could. I will absolutely be staying here again. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a pleasure to stay at Montanya. Location and view are amazing. Wonderful family cycling nearby, cafes and stores. Excellent quality items, toys and games and a really well stocked kitchen. Vicky is a great host.

Very good house and very facilities

Beautiful surroundings accompanied with wonderful accommodation. House was easy to access, little bit tricky with a larger vehicle pulling into the driveway, but very manageable. The house was just perfect for the four of us, a home away from home. Clean amenities, plenty of board games, amazing swimming pool, wonderful set up on the upper deck. The kitchen was set up so well we hardly needed to bring anything. Overall a perfect family getaway destination with plenty to do in the area for those who don’t want to blow their budget. Would highly recommend.

Montanya is great for a weekend on the slopes. Took the bus to Falls was really convenient. House is really well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely time.

Probably the most comfortable, well stocked holiday house we have stayed in. Perfect for us and two young kids for our yearly ski trip. And the views are amazing. Perfect house to relax and cook in after a day at the slopes. The host is wonderful. We are looking to book again next year. Highly recommend

Thank you Vicky for hosting us at your property and looking after every little detail so well! The house was beautifully clean, stocked with absolutely every item imaginable and super warm and cosy in the middle of winter. It was the perfect base to go skiing at Falls Creek from. The kids also loved the selection of games. It was also wonderful to have such an attentive host who communicated so well before, after and during our stay. We're looking forward to returning again!

The property is located at a nice quiet street with beautiful view of the mountain. The kitchen is impressive, it is very well stocked . The books collection and board games kept our kids entertained. Vicky has been so helpful and friendly, always making sure that we have everything we need. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay in January. Vicky was a great host and really helpful. The view was beautiful and the kids loved the pool, books and games. The property was very clean and all those little things that can be tedious to go and buy (bin bags, olive oil, dishwashing liquid etc) were provided and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you needed. We said it was the best equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. We hope to book again next year.

We really enjoyed our time at Montanya. It is in a peaceful location with superb views of the mountains. Very relaxing if you want some timeout. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. Vicky was a helpful host and easy to deal with.

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. The kids loved having their own space in the poolside villa and the house had all that we needed and was beautifully maintained. The views were spectacular. A peaceful base at which to recharge!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Montanya! There was plenty to do from staying in and playing games and having a swim, to adventuring to the gorgeous local alpine towns. The house was beautiful and was very comfortable, perfect for people wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We can’t wait to return, hopeful soon!

This property has everthing and more that you could possible want for a weekend or week away! It is everything it promises to be and more! The view is incredible, the pool is beautiful and the furnishings are lovely, stylish and welcoming. Vicky and Jeffrey have provided high quality kitchen equipment, crockery and cooking basics (herbs & oils) so cooking a fabulous dinner is no trouble! The bathroom is high end and they have provided beautiful bodywash and shampoo for that extra lux feel! The four of us had an amazing time, walking, swimming in the pool, hiking and swimming in the rivers and gorges. It was such a lovely weekend away I did not want to leave this beautiful home! To top it off, Vicky and Jeffrey make you feel so welcome and take the extra care to make sure you enjoy their beautifully maintained and appointed property.

We had an absolute fantastic stay, the property is well maintained, clean, cracking views and all over just a fabulous place for a long weekend or longer getaway. Thank you Vicky for your fantastic service. We will be back.
