We stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2024 and were very happy with the accommodation. It was clean, modern and more than enough space for 4 of us (2 adults and children aged 8 and 10). The air conditioning was a delight to switch on after a warm day outside, the living area and bedrooms spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. Nice views across the rooftops and ultimately the Atlantic Ocean from the living area and the master bedroom. Apartment is located close to the main shopping centre, but about a mile from the seafront and most of the bars and restaurants in the town centre. This was perfect for us as we’d planned to eat in the apartment most evenings, but something to bear in mind if you eat out frequently. The walk to the town centre is straightforward, but uphill most of the way back – likely not an issue for most, and my young children did it several times without complaint. Only a couple of miles from the airport as well, so only a short drive needed in your new hire car! Location overall was absolutely perfect for us. There’s not a huge amount in Ponta Delgada aside from bars, restaurants, shops and whale watching trips, so you’ll probably spend more time exploring the island. Parking at the apartment was always straightforward, and far enough outside the centre to avoid driving on the maze of narrow, one-way streets! More importantly, it was probably only 3-4 minutes from one of the main roads that get you around much of the island, so only a few minutes drive from the nearest beaches to the east of Ponta Delgada, less than 20 minutes from Ribeira Grande (and beautiful Santa Barbara beach) on the north of the island, and about 25 minutes from the Vista do Rei overlooking the stunning lakes and Sete Cidades. Quick mention for the property owner, Sara, who was attentive throughout our stay but without any intrusion. We didn’t meet her at any point, but knowing that she was available if needed was great peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The location was super convenient for attractions, shopping, groceries, close to downtown Ponta Delgada. The ocean view was spectacular. The cleanliness of the apartment was immaculate. We also loved the modern style and vibe of the apartment. Hope to be back soon! A special gem for sure.

We really enjoyed our time in Ponta Delgada, with Toi et Moi house as our 'home' base! Sara, the friendly host, welcomed us personally (even when it was already late in the evening due to our late flight). She gave us a warm welcome and had some great tips for restaurants in the neigbourhood. The place was really clean and well equiped! We totally recommend it.

Everything perfect!

The apartment is super comfortable, clean and modern! Everything you need is included and you directly feel like home. Sara is a super lovely and helpful person and welcomed us with bread and a cheese plate that was super delicious :) Parking lots are available everywhere around and it's just a short drive to every destination on the island.

The decor is amazing. The apartment has lovely views and is very light. Everything about it was stunning. It has all the facilities for a family and young kids. Also it’s so centrally located! The apartment is very spacious and I love the furniture.

Very well equipped apartment, friendly and gracious hosts. For our visit the location was perfect, close to the airport and also an easy 5 minute walk to a large mall and 20-25 minute walk to the town center. We had an excellent stay!

I can’t think of anything negative. We had a fantastic stay!
