Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist sehr nett. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt.

Leider wurde das Wasser nicht richtig warm und am letzten Tag hatte mein Handtuch mehrere große Löcher. Mein Zimmer lag direkt an einem Schrank der von den Reinigungskräften genutzt wurde und da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist, dachte ich mehrmals es kommt jemand in mein Zimmer. Der Knauf mit dem man das Zimmer von innen abschließen kann, ließ sich leider nicht benutzen, was bei mir dann noch mehr Unbehagen ausgelöst hat. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer für den Preis wirklich sehr klein.

Superb location by the train station and the centre, with lots of food options around it. Good for an overnight stay.

Very steep stairs to reach the rooms, which are located on the other side of the street where the reception is. The common bathroom was small and not that clean, there was wet toilet paper on the floor and it was crumbed, could not move in it. Not soundproof for sure.

Anna, Hamfel, Mindy, & Natalia were all superb! Top notch service, attentive, polite, couldn't ask for more. As a frequent traveler, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Prime location also.

Only drawback was the bed. Single bed was ok for a 12-year old, but I'm six feet 195 lbs so that was an issue. I know the room is small, that's ok, but please put a larger bed in, even at the other end if necessary. 100% would recommend, just in a room with a bigger bed.

Great location right in the centre of it all. 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 5 minutes away from the red light district. Staff were lovely. Lift if you're on a high floor. Easy access with swiping key cards. Can leave luggage before and after your stay. Good hairdryer, tv and shower gel etc.

We were in room number 11 which were the windows right above the front door. This meant because we were at the front of the hotel the room was very noisy with people shouting and laughing etc at night and road sweepers very early in the morning. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippy. Also the twin beds seem to slope slightly so you have to sleep tucked up to one side otherwise you'll potentially fall out haha!

I love visiting Amsterdam it's a freindly city mostly and theres so much to do .such adversity is quite rare these days

Room is like a small closet. Terrible staircase.

Its in the middle of the city action. Great for those who wants to be in the center. Near red light district and restaurants.

I was given room 6. This room does not have access to elevator and the stairs is winding and very steep. You almost have to crawl up. They can keep your luggage at your own risk. They will give you a key going to again very steep stairs. Every person who has luggage kept in there has access. So that means other tenants can get your bag, if they want to.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. The location was great. Having food and drinks in the same location was amazing.

The property was in a very centric location but with that being said it came to be a negative when at night. The property didn’t disclose that we would be in front of the Hotel Old Quarter.

The location was loud, very inappropriate settings. Right underneath the rooms there’s a bar and many men hang around the door and show their private areas. There is no AC, when first entered the hotel their was trash and dirty linen blocking the door.

Everything was correct. I feel very secure and was surprise, it was quite quiet.

Just the Location... but drug dealers fighting all night long couldn't sleep

1. The "Hotel" has a tide stairs, if you have a medium rolling suitcase it will so difficult to reach the 2nd floor, explained the lady at front desk that I'm a handicap person with bad knees and didn't care to changed the room. 2. Impossible to sleep due to drug dealers standing right in front of the Hotel's door, complained about it with the guy at front desk and told me that nothing can do, not even call the cops. The beds are a twin beds putting together to make a full size bed when I paid for a double room with a big bed. 3. Paid for the Breakfast (it was ok) but the lady supposed to refill the food was just talking with the front desk lady and the food containers were empty, So I asked for more she was rude...

I liked the location. It's just in the center of amsterdam central and red light district was 2 mins away. The breakfast was superb.

We were checked in to a twin room canal view. The beds were small and we had difficulties in sleeping with our daughter.

property was clean and easy to get to and had very friendly staff that made you feel welcome and was happy to help and breakfast buffet was very nice

Great location. Clean, with bedding and towel changes completed frequently. Friendly helpful staff located across the road with 24/7 access.

The steps up to the rooms are really steep. No issues for most but if you have reduced mobility this hotel would not suit.
