Excellent Hotel &Spa. The view outstanding. The room big with a balcony. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner was very good, large variety. The gym, pool, and spa spectacular. Extremely relaxing. Worth the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Look forward to going back.

Staff was amazing specially the two gentlemen at the reception 🙂 Breakfast was top and location excellent. Only thing it should improve on the rooms are the charger points. They need USB ones and faster chargers as the ones on the wall were very small.

It's always wonderful staying at BULL, Reina Isabel! Even my Ocean front single room had a spacious balcony with the best views. It's nice just walking up one flight of stairs from my room to the Spa on top floor. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The abundant choices at breakfast are appreciated. My room was sparkly clean and cared for by very competent staff.. For the first time, I took advantage of the free lounge chair service at the beach. The attendant couldn't be nicer. Excellent location!

stayed here many times the location and terrace are great but changes have been made not all good

towels are poor, too small, thin and only a small bath towel and hand towel each, frayed. Terrace bar closes much earlier than it used to and you can’t even get a sandwich or toastie there anymore, or in rooftop cafe, limited menu.

The reception Staff after asking for a different room were very nice and Profesional allocating us a lovely room with beautiful balcony overlooking the Promanade with fantasic views to the sea The Breakfast and food was outstanding, catering for everyone's needs. The cafè at rear of the hotel on the Promenade served delicious snacks and the Staff were very attentive.. Overall a lovely two nights, we would definitely stay at the Riena Isabel and Spar again and Recomend it to other Cliental who are looking for a good 4" Hotel with easy acsess to the Promanard and beach and friendly Staff at all levels. .

We absolutely loved everything about this place, specially the staff. Everyone was very attentive from the minute we got there until we left. We’re definitely coming back.

Maybe there should be more alternatives for gluten and dairy free intolerant people.

The Hotel was great and made our stay in Las Palmas thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My son left his bag in a cab without hesitation the reception staff tracked down the cab driver and the bag returned. The barstaff were friendly and informative. The pool on the roof was perfect, the water was slightly heated so even if it clouded over the water was warm enough. The 360 view perfect overlooking the ocean. The spa was clean and the gym again had an excellent view. Breakfast had the whole range of every breakfast conceivable. The Hotels location was perfect for the beach and to explore the city. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. Big bathroom with powerful shower and big shower cubicle.
