We were made to feel really welcome. Tea and cake provided on arrival. Really delicious breakfasts, and fantastic range of options. Room spotlessly clean and well provisioned. Debbie really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and accomodate our needs. Highly recommend. Comfortable and welcoming.

. Everything, it is within walking distance of Everything. The room was fantastic, plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. Good selection of choice of breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The hosts were absolutely amazing people too, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

Debbie and Jason were really nice and welcoming, we were treated to a pot of tea and homemade cakes as soon as we arrived. They made us feel at home, were really knowledgeable about the area and gave excellent suggestions for activities. The breakfasts were amazing a wide variety to choose from, all beautifully cooked with excellent service. Debbie made sure we were well fed. The room was lovely and cosy, bed was very comfortable. The selection of teas was amazing and they were very nice, plus we had cake in our room too. It's located in a very good spot, only a short walk to the North bay and if you don't mind a slightly longer walk it's not far to the south bay either. All in all an excellent b&b and Debbie and Jason are fabulous, we will be staying again.

Very friendly and welcoming, clean and close to all attractions

Could not fault this marvellous place, starting with a very warm Yorkshire welcome with a cuppa, the well appointed room that was spotlessly clean and the bed was just so very comfortable (we were in room 5). Plenty of choice for breakfast, pre-ordered and hence served fresh and hot, lashings of tea/coffee and as much toast as we could eat! Overall I heartily commend Debbie & Jason for this establishment and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Food generally and breakfast was excellent very good quality and lots of it. Very clean and well maintained property Hosts were very friendly and helpful

Not many places to put own belongings in the bathroom. We did find the traffic quite noisy at the front of the property, but that may well be because we are not used to it but the location did give good access to beach and town.

We had a lovely greeting on arrival with hot drinks and choice of cake offered . Our rooms were ready before checkin time . Our room had one of the comfiest beds ive slept in , in ages . We had ample choice of hot drinks in our room along with 2 beautiful cup cakes . All bedding and towels were white and spotless . Central heating worked well , loads of hot water with a really good shower . Breakfast was ordered the day before , the menu choice was unbelievably good . The owners Debbie and Jason were faultless . From check in to check out they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were given recommendations on places to eat . Breakfast was cooked to perfection by Jason and served quickly by Debbie. Would absolutely recommend The Kensington and will definitely return in the near future . We travelled as a group of 3 couples . Stayed fri 4th /6th March 2022 Many many thanks Debbie and Jason for an amazing stay

Debbie & Jason made us feel welcome immediately on arrival.Cuppas & flapjack was on offer.Room was spacious & a full English breakfast that set you up for the day(The mushrooms were to die for compliments to Jason)plenty of teas & coffee in the room 10 minutes from the town centre & 10 minutes from the sea front make it an ideal place to be
