Well received and assisted by front desk host Nalin. Breakfast had sufficient choices but was still rather basic. Perfect location. Troublefree stay.

Perfect central location for seeing London and more due to tube and train almost next door and countless easy walking routes to all things both historic and touristic! Hotel is very beautiful!

Beautiful Trafalgar square which is only 1/2 block away was completely hoarded in during our stay. ( Not the hotel's fault of course!)

The location was centrally located to all the main attractions in Central Londan. The tube stations and bus was very convenient to the hotel The staff was wonderful, above and beyond service. I highly recommend and will stay there my next visit to London!

Rooms are fantastic and comfortable, pitty that no cleaning or tea and coffee sustitution diring the hole stay where not provided. Its not good not to even show to the room to made this available .

Convenient location. Clean. Straightforward check in checkout. One outstanding staff member in the restaurant/bar area kindly brought me a glass of water without being asked, when I sat down at a table to rest while my husband checked out. He could see I looked tired. He was friendly and kind to an old lady - full marks to him.

The decor is rather utilitarian. There were no nice aesthetic touches, but I suppose this is a tourist hotel in a very convenient location, but at over £200 per night for a small standard double, I feel a little more effort might be made in this direction at this price point. Overall, no complaints.

A pesar de llegar al hotel antes de la hora de check in, Salman, quien era parte del personal del hotel amablemente nos pudo dar la habitación de manera anticipada sin ningún cargo extra. Un gran profesionalismo de su parte. Sin duda volveremos. La ubicación y las instalaciones son de primer nivel.

Todo fue excelente, no tengo ningún comentario negativo o adicional al respecto.

This hotel has a perfect location to explore the city, right by Trafagal Square. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious and the beds are out of this world. Super comfortable, matress and sheets were superb. Cannot recommend this enough!

Great location! One step away from Trafalgar Square and National Gallery, walking distance to Charing Cross and Embankment station. Tesco supermarket is just in the corner of the street.

They messed up our rooms and then cancelled all the keys and we had to go down to reception a few times to fix the keys. It was a bit inconvenient as we had to get ready for an awards show.

The maintenance is excellent, and the responsiveness of the staff is very high and welcoming. There is a business room where you can drink hot drinks and water freely all day. The place is spacious and very pleasant to use. The hotel's location is excellent; it is adjacent to Trafalgar Square, near a central train station, and many London attractions.

We chose a room with a kitchenette, but the stove did not work well. The room is relatively outdated; there is a curtain in the bathroom and insufficient space to store clothes.

Very nice room with mini-kitchen at a reasonable cost. A great location for tourists close to shopping, theatres, and attractions. Close to tubes (subways) and busses to all locations in the city. Comfortable and conveniet.

Not much to dislike. The hotel is right at Trafalger Square so the area is very busy, but the hotel keeps rooms quiet with double windows and less people on the street in front of the hotel.

É um hotel apenas para dormir, ou seja, um hotel de trânsito. O quarto é bom, a cama é super confortável, tem armários, escrivaninha e um banheiro razoável. O hotel é elegante, possui restaurante muito bom. Não experimentei o café da manhã, portanto não posso avaliar. O ponto de MELHOR interesse em se hospedar aqui é a EXCEPCIONAL LOCALIZAÇÃO, pois ele está perto de praticamente todos os pontos turísticos principais de Londres, e (de brinde) há um PUB perfeito do outro lado da rua, que é o The Sherlock Holmes, onde há inúmeras variedades de cervejas. Água gratuita nos corredores.

O custo, apenas em se tratando de boa localização, é alto (todavia esse é um padrão de Londres). O quarto não possui frigobar. O banheiro poderia ser melhor, já que a divisória do box é de cortina, o que costuma molhar o chão do banheiro, causando desconforto (sobretudo em tempos de frio intenso). No entanto, eu me hospedaria lá novamente.

Ottima posizione per un soggiorno a Londra, si può organizzare tutta la visita del centro anche a piedi o con i mezzi perché ci sono vicinissimo le metro e gli autobus principali. Camere accoglienti e abbastanza grandi per la media di Londra, disponibile anche acqua gratuita purificata in struttura. Struttura veramente bella e personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, gorgeous views/location! Polite staff and hotel excellent facilities/cleanliness! Definitely reccomend and would stay again.

Breakfast included in price would make it 10/10 but everything else exceptional
