Best beds and pillows would love to know your pillows as I’d go out and buy one right now!

Location was good.

Bedroom was a shambles damaged window which made room cold the entire night,not to mention the noise-mud all over the floor and food/drink bottle from precious people. Check in and out was a shambles with language barrier.

When I checked in the staff member told me breakfast was included , I questioned her on this twice and she told myself and my guest that breakfast was included. I asked if it was the buffet and she said yes. I said ok I didn’t think it was but that’s great. On checkout I got charged $79 for two breakfast- we only had toast and we only went down because we thought it was included .and when I explained what happened the girl shrugged her shoulders and said sorry you have to pay it.

The room was a good size for a family, and the location was great to get around the city.

First off the lack of communication, I sent an email two days before arriving and no one replied, when I mentioned it at check-in I received an oh sorry nothing I can do about that. When we checked into the room, there was no soap of any kind, when I ordered room services and requested a steak sandwich cooked well done, I received the sandwich in a hamburger bun and the meat was medium so I couldn't eat it. Both days we had breakfast the food was cold and the bacon was undercooked the first morning and so cooked the next you couldn't bite it. This was extremely disappointing as the family was excited about having breakfast. I paid for valet parking when I called to ask for my car to be bought around in ten minutes I was told I would have to wait in a curt tone I would have to wait 20-30 minutes and then hung up on. Considering I paid $55 per night for the parking I feel this was not good service.

Was quiet and bed was comfy

They offer a $10 a day food or drink voucher if you don’t get your room Cleaned. But I never got the credit/voucher for the 2 days I didn’t have cleaning. I messaged about it and this issue wasn’t resolved. I think it’s just a scam. Also The staff took a while a while to Acknowledge me at check in.

Everything, especially the view. It was spectacular. The price is amazing too. Will be coming back very soon!

I didn't have a problem with anything but the stains on the walls were quite questionable :)

I had a very early breakfast meeting at Rydges so came up from Hamilton the night before. I was very impressed by the staff in that they were helpful, friendly and efficient. My room was very comfortable and perfect for my one night stay. The bed and pillows were comfy. There was no street noise and I got a great night's sleep. The food for breakfast and lunch was superb and the front of house staff helped me with my car and bag. Much appreciated.
