The location is nearby the city center and it is walking distance from all attractions.

Old rooms. Not well designed in terms of light. Not well maintained. Staff need to be more friendly. A lot of work needed from the management to enhance the guest experience.

Location was great. You can walk to all the attractions. Public parking right under the hotel building and accessible from inside the hotel.

One complementary water bottle which was never replaced for rest of the stay for a family of 3...;).

Excellent service, great rooms, and a world class breakfast. Actually, a truly mind blowing breakfast buffet! Location is fantastic. Just a short walk away from all the Main sights. The service is friendly and punctual. I mistakenly dropped a diamond pendant down the bathroom sink and within minutes maintenance had sent somebody to unscrew the pipe to retrieve it for me!

The restaurant downstairs for dinner was extremely noisy especially when there was a cocktail on the floor above, which has an open balcony into the restaurant.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right by old town praque. First i thought it would be loud at night since it's so close to the hustle bustle but it was super quiet and no noises were keeping me up. That's a huge plus. Good size rooms with everything you need. Didn't try the restaurant but a cool lobby to just put up your feet for a couple of minutes and have a beer after a lot of walking through the city. Also close enough to walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was kind of soft, but that's personal preference.

The restaurant and their service staff exceeded other parts of the Hotel in quality.

I stayed in room 515; Beds & pillows were so uncomfortable, I booked a King sized bed but were given 2 single beds telling me there were no rooms available with King sized beds; Why selling them On Booking.com's website then? A the constant humming noise came from somewhere (could be AC system or kitchen's cooling ventilators), service quality of the reception staff especially during check in, old furniture, old towels. I had to move to another hotel (to Hotel Andaz Prague) after 3 days, i.e. I left Marriott 2 days earlier than I had paid for; I didn't even bother for a refund. It was that bad! I have stayed in many Marriotts around the World and I am a Marriott Bonvoy member; In comparison with other Marriotts, this place doesn't deserve the Marriott name. Even if the other rooms were ok and the room I was given was bad, it still makes it bad. Staying in paid accommodation shouldn't be a lottery I guess. Don't waste your money and holiday!

The location of hotel and room size are amazing. The cost and quality of the furniture are good and met my expectations.

The dining menu is not good. There is no concierge during my check-in and check-out time. The housekeeping cleaning service was not good. Sometimes they replace the towel and sometime not. The same goes for trash. They provide 1 bottle (0.75L) of water per day for 2 persons!! The hotel facility and location were very good. However, 4* hotel service is much better than what they provided

There are few things that was not as per the expectations - I choose king size bed which was not there - I extended for 3 hours checkout and I have been informed 500 Czech Currency but I have been charged 300 extra which only informed during checkout - all the toiletries did not provided

Ideal location. Just outside of old town, a 10-minute walk. Rooms were decent sized and kept very clean. Service was excellent. Staff very polite and courteous and all of the needs were well attended to. The concierge service was top-notch. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to guide us clearly on how to plan our days, where to eat, what kinds of food etc. Special mention and note of thanks to Denisa and Kristina.

Website is misleading about there being a swimming pool in the hotel. My daughter was looking forward to using the facility and had eagerly packed her swimming costume etc. She was very disaappointed to find out that there was no pool.
