What a nice stay we had! The checkin process was really easy and we had all information we needed prior to the stay which was fantastic. The rental/apartment was really cute! I loved the fact that we had an outdoor area where we could eat and relax and we could even see the ocean. I also loved the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked we didnt have to worry about needing anything which is great. The full size kitchen versus a kitchenette was also amazing to have especially because there ended up being 5 of us instead of 6. As far as the size, we originally were going to have someone else with us they ended up not being able to come with us and the space was much easier especially because we are a family of 2 teenagers and an almost teenager so we are not a small family. The only thing that was a con is that the driveway was a little small for the amount of vehicles there, however, everyone made it work and everyone was very pleasant. I would 150% rent this again!!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

We had a great vacation at this condo! The location was excellent, right next to the beach and a very short walk to the pier. The bedroom sizes were great to accommodate our family of 5. The living room area was a little small for all of us, but we expected that. The condo had lots of charm and a great beachy feel!

The cleanup could be done better. That was correct but for the price it costs, it should have been over the average. All the appliances worked and we never miss any hot water. AC was working properly but Î recommend to bring yourself extra fans to push the air from the living room into the bedrooms. That was cosy and comfy as usual and we could feel the ocean breeze from the inside, as opening our windows. I would get back there at anytime!

My family of 4 had a great stay. You can't beat the location. You can see the ocean from the back door and out the window of the bedroom with two beds. Close to all the activities OOB has to off but far enough away that it's quiet. Being so close to the beach was great with my 3&5-year-olds for bathroom trips. A cozy place to stay, perfect for a week away.

The place is not bad, but it has not been propperly cleaned in a while and a lot of things need to be fixed. Entrance door is hard to open and close, bathroom door as well. It was superficially cleaned inside in general and the windows, couch, toaster and hidden corners were filthy. We made it work so our holiday would not be ruined but for a two week stay it really needed to be cleaned. The owner never checked if we were ok with it, the only communication happened at the very beginning before we entered. Not sure who did the cleaning and if the owner knew how dirty it was The location is really good, close to the beach and town center.

What I expected this time of year. Ceilings are a tad low if you are over 6’3”.

Probably the worst vrbo property i have used. very outdated and worn out. Dishes were dirty. Very clutter. Door stick when opening closing. Smoke alarms out of order--not sure of C02 alarms--important with gas. Refrigerator is very noisy. Losing lots of water on drippy bathtub. Over all needs updating and dirty. Location and ease of check in great.

We had an awesome stay. Perfect location for this time of year. We could see the ocean from the back door. Perfect place for the 2 of us. My only issue was figuring out how to close the bathroom door, lol and still not a big deal. Very quiet in this area for the time of year we visited. I imagine it's very busy during the summer months. I would definitely stay there again

This was a beautiful property with cute little quirks. Plenty of space for us but we were only there to sleep most days. Not quite big enough if we wanted to chill at the rental all day with 4 people on top of each other. Plenty of bedding and towels. Access to laundry, outside grill, and shower. Close to so so so many things.

Cute and cozy. Very clean. Close to the beach and the heart of Old Orchard Beach. From the property we walked along the beach to the Pier and the restaurants in the evening. Had a very enjoyable time.

This property could be amazing with a bit more attention. We did a fair bit of cleaning on our own, especially bathroom and pots & pans. Beds were comfortable. Water temp and pressure were good. Good parking. There's a unit built in front of this one on the beach so you're not directly beach front but the boardwalk is right there. The grill is no longer on the back patio. That's due to fire code but listing wasn't updated at time we booked. Everything in OOB is walkable, great town to enjoy.

We had a nice beach getaway and enjoyed our stay here. The neighbors were friendly, as is everyone else you meet in oob. The condo was clean with plenty of linens and towels provided. We had ample toiletries provided as well. The location was perfect for us as my husband and I had our 1.5 year old with us. It was so convenient being steps from the beach and waking up to ocean views. First floor was also what we needed! Very short walk to the main strip but far enough so you're away from the crowds and noise. If we ever find ourselves back in oob we would love to stay here again!

This is my first time using Vrbo,so I was a little nervous with alot of questions. Karen our host was very kind and patient with me with all my questions. The property was exactly as described on the internet and check in was a breeze. Everything was clean and the fact that linens, towels and beach chairs were there for us saved a ton of room in our car. So thankful for that! I loved the location and the fact that it was out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance if you wanted to be in the crowds and shops. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for what we needed, this property is just a few steps to the beach. The shower is not for tall people and the bathroom door/screen pull was a little awkward, but seriously this was a great place to stay. Location makes it hard to complain about anything honestly. Full kitchen, two rooms with three beds, I would stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect location, close enough for a quick walk into town but far enough to not be kept up at night with the noise! The place is pretty small but does the job. A few minor cleanliness issues (very old shower curtain and dish sponge and a stinky garbage disposal) and also keep in mind parking is very tight (as it is everywhere in OOB!) love that there’s on site laundry, beach chairs and towels provided so you dont have to pack as much!

Rundown and dirty, Beds weren't made up, toilet flush ran all the time if you didn't wiggle the float, one washcloth in the condo, no pot holders, we wouldn't recommend this condo.

The property was basic. Close to the beach so that was helpful with a child and an infant. There was a problem with the toilet and every time it flushed it would run unless you went in and lifted the ball handle. There were no hangers in the closet and no dresser in the second bedroom so it was difficult to put your stuff away. We were there for a week and it would’ve been nice to not have clutter of clothing for five people laying around. It was small and though it’s slept five people it was difficult to navigate around each other. It rained the first few days we were there so we were kind of stuck inside playing games. The living and dining area are really just one area so you’re kind of in close proximity and all five of us could not sit on the couch at the same time, some thing my granddaughter didn’t like. Communication with the owner was good but minimal. The front door sticks and was hard to open unless you use two hands and a hip. Difficult for an eight-year-old to get in and out. The location of the property was good in the area near the beach was also good. Fewer people on the section of the beach than the other side of the Boardwalk. We also we’re close to shopping and the Boardwalk Amusement park. That was super convenient. We’re looking for something bigger for next year but love this part of Maine and have been going for years and will continue our tradition
