Posizione strategica nei pressi della stazione centrale di Milano. Ambiente e Camera accogliente seppur piccole (almeno quella in cui ho soggiornato io).

Avrei migliorato il servizio prima colazione aggiungendo anche l'alternativa salata.

Ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο σταθμό των τρένων, δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο ακριβώς υπάρχει εστιατόριο με πολύ καλές τιμές και εξαιρετικό φαγητό, κοντά σε στάση μετρό και μάρκετ, καλή αίθουσα γυμναστηρίου, παλαιότερα είχε και πρωινό, δυστυχώς τώρα πλέον δεν προσφέρεται παρά μόνο καφές και κρουασάν στα 3 ευρώ

Very nice, well located quiet hotel. Plus very nicely decirated for christmas.

Shower was not the best since it had a curtain was long and was going into the drainage.

Great location 5 minutes on foot away from Milano Centrale Station with a few bars & restaurants around. Simple but very clean and practical rooms with a desk, a good wifi connection and a spotless bathroom. The single bed was on the large side.

The staff at reception at 10:30pm (the only one I interacted with) was on the grumpy side and the bed, while being OK overall, had a few "unreliable" springs in the mattress.

The location is a 6 to 10 minutes walk from Milan Centrale train station. Hotel staff were nice and provided useful guidance of the area.

Location is near the central station, many restaurants and shops near the hotel and staff is very friendly and nice

Location is a little bit farther away than indicated on the map, but still easily doable by foot.

This hotel is only suitable for those who need a stopover near Milan Central Station, as it is just a 5-minute walk away.

The lobby area when you walk into the hotel looks really nice… unfortunately you then step foot into your room.

Where to start… the soundproofing in the room was nothing short of horrendous. After arriving around 1am on night one we had to sleep with the TV on to drown out the snoring of the person next door. Both of us found the bedding itchy (not something we had experienced at our previous hotel) The smaller towels provided are more like pillowcases than towels. The flush in the toilet once pressed would take between 20/30 mins possibly longer or refill so yiu could hear that when in the room during the evening if used. The air conditioning / heating or whatever it is classed as is only turned on by the hotel from 4pm - midnight and 6am - 9am…. Ive stayed in hotels all around the world and have never seen this done before. Due to this we left our window open during one day to get some fresh air into the room, unfortunately on return we found our room to smell of smoke, this was due to the hotel smoking area to have been situated under our room…. As my girlfriend is a former smoker this made it even more uncomfortable for her than myself, although having my clothes smell of smoke was more than uncomfortable enough for me. When I asked the hotel reception about the air conditioning / heating issue I was greeted by what I can only describe as a very hostile reception by all 4 members of staff, not sure how true it is but they blamed the Milan government for this issue. Another exciting interaction with the hotel reception was when I enquired about having some fresh towels as I had left the do not disturb sign on as I did not want anyone going in my room during my stay. First of all I was told that they’d send a maintenance man to the room in 90 mins, I said it’s ok I only want the towels not the room cleaned, a lady I can only assume was more senior then barked at me by saying could they be sent up in an hour… after some more back and forth I had 2 towels within a few minutes.. The Wifi never worked during the stay. I think that’s everything.
