Lovely architecture, authentic Spanish town. Rooftop pool - quiet and relaxing. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and spa facilities!

Building and our room was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Kitchen and serving staff were exceptional: helpful, friendly, remembered our coffee order.

There was no iron or ironing board. We were going to a wedding so an iron was essential to the bride and us. (I have never been to a hotel that didn't have one. When I asked whether it would be possible to borrow one, even a personally owned one, I was told that I had to take my ironing to a dry cleaners.) They did give me the details of various dry cleaners, but we were finally able to borrow an iron from a small hotel across the road, who lent us the iron and a board, even though we weren't staying there. I felt there was a lack of humanity from the receptionist. Also, the key broke in the lock of the door of a room when we came in at night and, because there were no staff on site or nearby overnight, we had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come out with another key.

beautiful building lovely stone work and and very well detailed with modern upgrades to make it more accommodating and user friendly the view from our room was beautiful.

I didn’t like the fact for what I paid for a 4 night stay coffee was a extra. Also when we used the spa we had a 90 minute time slot but nobody turned on the spa so we had to wait 30 minutes for the steam room to become a steam room also the lack of parking was a downside.

Beatiful building and rooms, very clean, nice staff, comfortable beds though I had a very soft matress.

I wish the hotel description was clearer about the use of the spa. It is only (!) accessable with prior booking and in my case was booked out for the week. Also I only now read about the roof terrace with a pool. Would have been nice, if the receptionist told me about it when I asked about the spa.

The breakfast was outstanding, especially the quality of the bread. They also offered and prepared fried eggs for me. We could park right next to the hotel.

I don't remember anything I disliked.
