The property is lovely. The lazy river, outdoor pool, hot tubs, and indoor pool for inclement weather made this the perfect place for us particularly with children. There were a few places to eat, a Beach bargain store within walking distance. It is also located next to the parasailing in banana boat water sports. We did have two family members parasail. We could watch them from the balcony.

This condo was by far the best place I have stayed on vacation. Very clean very fast communication from the owners. If I go back to myrtle beach I will definitely try to book this place again.

We had three families with three kids. The four bedroom unit met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cookware. The host was very prompt in replying to any questions that I had prior to the trip and also once we were on site.

Property was clean and a great location. We were 4 couples celebrating 40 years of togetherness. Great place to relax and talk about old times and just catch up. The 4 bedroom condo was just right with enough space for all. Had no problem with communicating with the owners. They were quick to respond and accomidated any of my request. They went beyond. Only thing i would suggest would be a keyless entry. Mailing keys in the mail had me a bit apprehensive. They did make sure i got them on time. Would definitly recommend the condo and the owners!!

This is a great, reasonably priced place in Crescent Shores. It is roomy and functionally furnished. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook your own meals. But the best part is the large balcony overlooking the ocean! The owner of this vacation rental responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me well informed of the status of upgrade and maintenance projects that were finishing up during my April stay. It was a pleasure to work with her!

The condo was very clean and in a great location, right on the beach. The interaction with the owners was seamless. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was a great for our family of 8. Very well cared for, kitchen well stocked and rooms large enough that we didn't feel cramped. We had an issue with one of the tubs not draining. I contacted the owner, and it was taken care of that day. Highly recommend it.

We traveled with three families and had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Three bathrooms was great for 11 people. Condo was perfect! The storage closet outside the condo for sandy items was a great bonus as well. The only critique I would have is the range heats unevenly and made cooking a bit challenging but we were still able to make due with it.

We stayed here for a few days after Christmas. The view and location are great, the place is spacious, and unit was clean. The check in process could be brought to 2022 with an electronic lockbox and a few of the beds are not comfortable. But we would stay again and the place is better than the pictures.

We really enjoyed this place, it was spacious, it accommodated us 3 families comfortably. Our issue was that the cleaning crew does not really clean for the arrival of guests. We had to clean and dust off every piece of furniture (we have pictures), the dirty linens from the previous guests were sitting right by the front door by the time we arrived at 6:00pm that evening. The other big issue for us is that all the smoke detectors did not work, they had been taken off the wall and put to the side, we then put them back on the wall, the battery started beeping because they all had dead batteries. When we contacted the owner, they asked is we can pick up batteries to replace them and we were to be reimbursed. Sorry but this is their responsibility, that’s why there are additional fees when we paid the rental rate. One last thing, one of the bedrooms (the one that shares the small bathroom) had a ceiling fan that when you turned it on it looked like it was going to fall off the ceiling. We found out it had a missing blade that was sitting inside a closet. The imbalance of the fan posed a safety hazard for the guests sleeping in that bedroom. Other than that, we loved the view from the 7th floor!

The condo was very spacious and luxurious. We would recommend to friends and family. Loved the pool for our 8 year old granddaughter, spend many hours there. Hosts were very communicative which was reassuring. We knew the neighborhood prior to booking as we owned a condo close by years ago. Wish we didn't have to leave!

The owners are very easy to deal with and respond promptly to any of my inquiries. I loved not having to go through a property office when we arrived but the building is a bit dated and one elevator was broken. So it took us about two hours to get our stuff up in the unit because there was a huge line waiting for one elevator to check in. This is a large building with 18 floors and only two elevators so even when both were working it was a challenge. The condo unit itself is perfectly equipped with all you need for a nice week. The appliances were modern and good quality as well as the kitchen utensils. We did quite a bit of cooking while there and had no issues whatsoever. The view is spectacular and we spent many hours out on the large balcony. We tried all of the pools and they all were great. The beach is large with good sand and the water is so amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything from the listing was accurate. The pictures listed on VRBO of this condo do it no justice and exceeded our every expectation. It was very clean and easy to get to. We will definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and responded to our questions before we arrived.

Our family, including 5 kids (ages 17 months-7 years), and 6 adults, stayed at a 4 BR, 3 bath condo for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our 3 families (1 family of 5, 1 family of 4, and a couple). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the appliances were in good condition, especially the washer/dryer which we used numerous times. The balcony was great and we were right on the ocean which was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to travel to North Myrtle Beach, SC.

The condo and the owners were fabulous. Communication was amazing. Cleaniness was great. Would have given a 5 star across the board except for the amenities. There were 2 pools and 3 hot tubs plus a lazy river. The only ones that were open for over half our stay was the outdoor pool and 1 hot tub. They finally opened lazy river and 1 of the other hot tubs( after half our stay was over). The indoor pool and hot tub never was opened.
