Everything was exactly as advertised and the landlord was excellent to deal with. I can only recommend. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Alex's place. Access to the building was simple, and the location was perfect for our conference. Full kitchen, living area, and 2 bedrooms/2 bath.

When we first got there it took quite awhile to get in touch with owner to be able to get in. The furniture is not only old but in horrible shape. One bed is in the dining room, no privacy at all. For sleeping six there is only enough room at the dining table for four, and only four places to sit in the living room. But the couch is so bad that only two people could sit on it. The TV in the bedroom needed updating, new apps would not work. The floors were super dirty, and everywhere you walked pieces were popping up. They even had areas without any flooring so they covered it up with rugs. Everything needed a good scrubbing. Only 6 towels to divide between everyone, for a weeks stay. Only 4 wash cloths between everyone. And only one hairdryer to share. For the price we were charged, I was even more disappointed. I would not stay there again.

Honestly, the only things that could have made the stay perfect were just the surrounding neighborhood was better (people asked us for money and we didn't always feel safe), and if the owners of the condo and the hotel clerks were on the same page. Besides that the stay was amazing, the room was nice and well kept, and the price was good.

This is a small, older apartment. Very clean and well appointed with a great location. Perfect for our family of 4 (with an extra bed in living area to spare). Friendly building staff and residents. Great communication with the owner. Lots of pot smell in and around the building, so if you don't want to be around that, maybe not the place for you.

Alex was very easy to work with, even went above and beyond to check that we were comfortable with all that is going on in Atlanta currently before we traveled in. Good location
