Great Location! I felt safe staying there and the amenities were all clean!

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. They have premade egg omelets (plain or veggie style)grits, sausage, cereal, milk, juices, bread, bagels and yogurt which was great but -the only thing they can improve on is setting out extra cheese and salsa for the eggs and maybe granola for the yogurt.

The staff was very friendly!

My room wasn't clean prior to arrival. There were stains on the beds, the headboard was covered in handprints. The coffee pot didn't work. There is an indoor pool but it isn't heated. After changing to another room there were no towels or washclothes and there was no soap shampoo conditioner, and the remote control didn't work. Gentleman at desk seemed irritated that he had to locate batteries for the remote control. Overall would not stay again!

The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was great.

Wi-Fi was down 90% of our stay. The indoor pool was literally ice cold. One of the pillow cases had stains

Staff was amazingly nice. Pool was open and clean. Location was excellent. Bed was comfy.

Furniture in lobby was stained. Carpet in rooms stained. No mirrors except one in the bathroom. Hot in the hallways and lobby and elevators. Curtain was torn.

Everything was wonderful, the stay the location, the pool and the workout area.

I did not like the attitude of the lady that checked us in. She act as if she didn't want to be to work. I know everyone have bad days but if that's the case she should of let her boss know so she can work in another area.

nothing . Did have a toilet in my room that ran continuously.

They changed my room from a king suite to a double queen. I am certain I paid more for the king suite. They never reimbursed the extra money and basically said tough luck.

The rooms did not have windows and it was a really bad weird smell the tub was rusted and not very clean the walls were very dirty

staff was very nice

a couple of cars car windows was busted and broken into and there was no since of urgency with the front desk they seem like they didn’t care.

Hotel Staff were very friendly and super helpful! (Shoutout to Andrew! You're awesome man!) The hotel shuttle service does airport pick up and drop off and the hotel is located near the Camp Creek Marketplace which is ideal!

This property never disappoints me at all! I love it due to the simple fact how comfy the beds are & the dove products in the restroom!

The beds were so soft and the large deck and pond was relaxing, also the Breakfast was good . I would definitely consider staying here again

The young lady that checked us in after a 9 hour drive was very pleasant and helpful - the back deck was nice in the evening

The room has a wet pet smell
