the breakfast was OK because of Ramadan we were not included in the Souhor

The night shift receptionist, a chubby man, positive attitude, but the morning shift man -slim and tall - (23 Mar) not respecting the line and has a negative attitude.

Location is decent if you need to go to the train station. Breakfast was a bit limited but still tasty. The staff was friendly.

The room was simple, clean and very comfortable. the hotel itself was quiet but located pretty centrally. Breakfast was simple but good (coffee was amazing)

Looked like the last cleaning on our room was one or two months ago dust smell of humidity

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Karim, the manager. The central location was also a plus, as was the possibility to get both lunch and dinner if you wanted it, delivered to your room, should you prefer.

Nothing immediate comes to mind. The traffic is a little noisy if you like to open the windows, but thankfully not at night. The staff are fluent in Arabic and French , but not quite so good in English.

All the people in Morocco are so kind and helpful, the hotel is quite well located and the hot water supply is plentiful, all the staff are friendly and considerate, it made my trip in Casablanca very pleasant
