The location is close to the center and easily accessible by both public and private transport.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. Cleanliness: There were hairs from previous guests on the bed sheets. The toilet and shower were outdated and awkwardly separated, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been updated in years, which was far from pleasant. The carpet also appeared to have gone a long time without being cleaned. Parking: They offer parking at a nearby partner hotel, but I once had to wait at least 30 minutes and use body language to communicate with the staff to let me in. The communication was terrible; nobody seemed to know I was there, and they forced me to call them myself to sort it out, even though my mobile wasn't working. It was extremely frustrating. Check-out: The advertised check-out time on Booking was clearly set for 1 PM. Despite this, the rude staff called me twice before 12 PM to say, 'Check out sir' without considering their own advertisement. After some discussion, I finally left at 12:02 PM. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude throughout. I just gave up, as it was unpleasant and I didn't want to let it ruin my trip

Lovely hotel within walking distance distance to Ricks Cafe, Da Dadar, the Mosque and beach etc. They obligingly changed my room at my request which I appreciated. Free parking in a nearby building! Great breakfast!

La gentilezza dello staff e la colazione buona anche se molto ripetitiva

Gli ascensori erano difettosi e piccoli , si sono bloccati più volte e siamo anche rimasti dentro. Pulizia delle camere non soddisfacente , wifi non buono, acqua dallo scarico che usciva di continuo .

The air conditioning are not working they said they have maintenance and no air conditioning at the hotel , and we book with air conditioning so it’s waste of money, and the customer service for booking are not available which makes the problem worse

Frukosten serverades mellan klockan 7 och 10 på morgonen. Hade gärna sett den vara öppen till 11.

The location is perfect, right in the city center, convenient to take a walk to the train station. there is a night club, where they also serve alcohol and play a music. the room is spacious and very clean. room service works fine

there was no proper breakfast on Sunday (not sure why?), the wifi doesn’t work properly
