Hotel location, perfect to be near any place, walking distance to Mosque Hassan II and the Corniche. Every member of team made my stay very lovely. Big room

I don’t know how comes this is a 5 star hotel. Furniture old. Floor not clean. Tv not working 4 staffers came to fix it. Room view so bad you can’t open curtains because everyone in nearby buildings will see you. Housekeeping will knock on your door even if you put don’t disturb signs.

Khawla went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, and she offered valuable insights into the best places to visit and dine in Casablanca. Her passion for the city and her dedication to making guests feel comfortable were truly remarkable. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or providing any assistance needed, Khawla was always one step ahead, and her impeccable customer service skills left a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was a delightful haven of tranquility amidst the bustling city.
