Not much. Just one host, Bibber was fantastic, helping me order cold medicine. Super pro and helpful.

This property needs a major update. It’s so tired and way overpriced for what it has become. Stains all over the carpets, dated lacquer wood, and lights that are either too dim or burned out to see yourself in the mirror or find things in the suitcase! The front desk staff was poorly trained, not ideal for foreigners.

Chambre au 9 eme etage , bcp de vibration et bruit venant de l’étage inférieur ( bar et resto) Climatisation pas assez froide ou pas efficace .

Room service don’t clean well 3 days no shower gel no body lotion, clean the room don’t change the towel. Sometimes water sometimes no water inside the room

the electricity was not safe as the power points was give a shock. it was not bad but was so bad in the last day when i see a cockroach in bath room which i told the reception but it was normal reaction.

the location is good

Everything is as expected, which you need for business travel. Quiet and convenient location.

Nothing special. Pretty standard for a business travel and nothing much to worry about.

Except for the 2 part-time or intern staff (red uniform), I am assuming Hotel Ambassador, the rest of the front desk staff are helpful. Special mention to Cavan (concierge).

Was on 16th floor, someone has been smoking, very unpleasant.

Location is great . Easy access to new town / CBD area . Room facilities remain high standards since hotel first open its door to the guests . Breakfast has lots of varieties especially Asian Section . Room service and cleanness are at top range . Staffs are super friendly and supportive in particular GR Manager Assistant Miss Collen GUO has shown her high professional hospitality skills . Very impressive and appreciated .

Concierge and Porter service can be more guest oriented and efficient.
