Comfortable, safe, bathroom and bathroom amenities were perfect, bed was nice, overall a good place and lovely friendly staff. Heating was good, comfortable. Car park was great to have, private carpark. Lift was good to have, made it easier to go up and down. Has a restaurant for breakfast which was good. Love the garden area, very relaxing. Overall a great place to stay at.

The pillows were a bit flat and too soft, I prefer plump pillows. and the soap dispenser needs a proper dispense button rather than squeezing the hand soap bottle. The price is a bit high for one night.

Fabulous stay, the room was so large and spacious, I loved the spa bath and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Check in was a breeze, lovely staff and priced well for Melbourne. I would most definitely return.

The room was spacious and the bed we found it very comfortable. There was building work happening very close by we didn't not hear a thing until we opened our patio door.

Restaurant that may or not open? Tried it once never again expensive cold food served . No breakfast facilities. Would have to walk a long way to find food if open,?
